★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αξιολογηση αναφερεται στην τηλεφωνικη εξυπηρετηση μου ως πελατη, η οποια με μια λεξη ηταν " Τραγικη. "
Επικοινωνησα τηλεφωνικα πριν μια εβδομαδα, ( κατα τις 11 το πρωι ), για να ρωτησω σχετικα με καποια προιοντα.
Η υπαλληλος η οποια ηταν εμφανως βιαστικη κατα τη διαρκεια του τηλεφωνηματος λογω φορτου, μου ζητησε να αφησω το τηλεφωνο μου ωστε να επικοινωνησει μαζι μου σχετικα με τη διαθεσιμοτητα των προιοντων.
Μια μερα μετα και αφου δεν υπηρξε κανενα τηλεφωνημα επικοινωνησα και παλι με την εταιρεια.
Ο υπαλληλος που απαντησε αυτη τη φορα, δικαιολογηθηκε οτι δεν με πηραν τηλεφωνο γιατι τα προιοντα που ζητησα τα βρηκαν στις 5 το απογευμα, ( αυτα που εκ των υστερων ανεφερε οτι τα ειχαν διαθεσιμα στην αποθηκη τους ) και η υπαλληλος με την οποια ειχα μιλησει την προηγουμενη ελειπε.
Ανεφερα την προθεση μου να προχωρησω σε παραγγελεια και τονισα στον υπαλληλο οτι θα ηθελα να επιβεβαιωσει οτι τα προιοντα δεν εχουν καποια ατελεια λογω του οτι θα τα τοποθετουσα σε εμφανες σημειο και ηταν inox, ( Τα προιοντα δεν ηταν διαθεσιμα στο καταστημα και θα τα εφερναν απο αποθηκη ).
O υπαλληλος μου απαντησε οτι εμεις πουλαμε μονο καινουργια προιοντα και λεγοντας μου : " Εχουμε και δουλεια τωρα ", μου εκλεισε το τηλεφωνο.
The rating refers to my telephone service as a customer, which in a word was "Tragic."
I called a week ago (at 11 in the morning) to ask about some products.
The clerk, who was obviously in a hurry during the call due to load, asked me to leave my phone to contact me about the availability of products.
A day later and after there was no phone call I contacted the company again.
The clerk who answered this time, justified that they did not call me because they found the products I asked for at 5 pm, (the ones that he later mentioned were available in their warehouse) and the clerk with whom I had spoken on previous was missing.
I mentioned my intention to place an order and stressed to the clerk that I would like to confirm that the products do not have any imperfections due to the fact that I would place them in a prominent place and they were stainless steel, (The products were not available in the store and would be brought from warehouse ).
The clerk replied that we were only selling new products and telling me: "We have a job now", he hung up the phone.
