★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε κράτηση 12 άτομα τραπέζι τηλέφωνο δεν μας πήραν για επιβεβαίωση επειδή δεν ζήτησαν τηλέφωνο , δεν έχουν ένα τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας με αποτέλεσμα όταν πήγαμε να έχουν δώσει την κράτηση σε άλλη παρέα απαράδεκτοι.Επίσης την προηγούμενη φορά που μπήκαμε ο ναργιλές που μας έφεραν δεν δούλευε και πληρώσαμε τον δεύτερο που μας έφεραν ο οποίος δεν ήταν πάλι καλός. Εάν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 αστέρια θα έβαζα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shisha cafe I have been to in the world let alone Crete. Do not waste your money if you value it. Shisha lasts 10 minutes if that. And when asked to fix it little was done. Please avoid.

1. Only two flavours to choose from for shisha
2. The women had to use the mens toilets (which were not clean well)
3. Service is terrible (attitude and forgot our drink)
4. You cannot use the sofas to your advantage ("unnecessary" to sit comfortably if your back hurts because of the uncomfortable seats)
5. And a quick kiss is not allowed

The waiter changed the bowl, but it did not help (most likely, it was a hookah). I told the waiter several times, to which the waiter replied that when he lit a hookah, everything was in order. This is a photo of tobacco after 30 minutes of smoking attempts. Tobacco is almost new, coal does not give heat.
