A	Anzhelika Demchenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this office at Karagiorgi Servias 2 for few months and everything was fine till today, today I had the worst customer service from employee which I havent seen before, her name Chrysanna. I was waiting for Western Union and when she showed up at the window she served the tourist who jumped in front of me. I tried to tell him that it was my turn, also I told her that cmon you saw me I was here before and what she did, she was arrogant and replied: " I didnt see you, you were somewhere back at the pillar". I was like 'What are you kidding me? I was infront of you". Instead of apologizing she continued serving the customer. I am shocked as I work myself for more then 5 years in customer service and I never showed such attitude to the customer! I mean the other girls at this shop that I went to were ok, but this woman is so arrogant and aggressive and people like her destroy reputation of the companies
G	Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company's vague policy on the tax free form forces you to accept a bad exchange rate or risk to loose your money instead of giving you the currency mentionedin the form. The agent Konstantinos at SKG airport was clueless, had no idea about the process and delayed enough to be called by the airline ground staff on the gate and he cancelled the whole process. Needless to say that for more than 30mins he had a break and none was on the desk!

And when I told them they almost said that I am layer. My wife the same day had the same amount of euros converted in the national bank and took almost 10% more pounds. This happend at the eleutherios venizelos airport .

Their rates are highly competitive and furthermore their staff are very courteous and professional. Also if you change at the airport with them and visit Athens town and the Islands, your receipt will get you a reduced commission next time you change currency with them. I have also sent money and their rates were excellent.

With the exchange rate from Onexchange I only received 142 EUR. To my books this is losing 20% of your money and a complete rip off. Use only from small amounts!
