I had ordered a gaming chair (large package) My order came within 2 working days even though I am in Athens and the store is in Drama.

Order was made on Tuesday night and Thursday noon had arrived in my hands. Careful packaging and most importantly the product was what I had seen and expected.

Αγόρασα προχθές τα AirPods, αλλά πριν καταλήξω στην αγορά τους είχα εκτενή συζήτηση με έναν υπάλληλο (Μιχάλης) όπου με εξέπληξε η γνώση του επι των προϊόντων και η ευγένεια του. Θα αγοράσω ξανά σίγουρα! Very good prices, the products on time but most importantly: the courtesy of the staff. I bought the AirPods the day before yesterday, but before I ended up in their market I had an extensive discussion with an employee (Michalis) where I was surprised by his knowledge of the products and his kindness. I will definitely buy again!

Το συνιστώ με κλειστά μάτια Very helpful .. I ordered a camera and it was defective. They changed it for me without a second conversation with all their expenses .... I recommend it with my eyes closed

Την επομένη παρέλαβα με ΕΛΤΑ Courier (Δράμα-Βόλος σε λιγότερο από 24ωρο). Συσκευασία τέλεια, μαζί με αποδείξεις-παραστατικά. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Excellent !!! I ordered the Xiaomi Pro 2 electric skate, they shipped the same day (within 2 hours of the order which was made very early in the morning). The next day I received it with ELTA Courier (Drama-Volos in less than 24 hours). Perfect packaging, along with receipts. I highly recommend it!!!

Είχαν δώρο και Μαντιλάκια ❤️ A defective part came to me, but I contacted them and they replaced it immediately. It is very nice value for money and fast shipping. They also had a gift and Wipes ❤️
Β	Βασίλειος Κάβουρας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 23/12/2021, επικοινώνησα εκ νέου με το κατάστημα καθότι το ρολόι Xiaomi amazfit bip φόρτιζε μέχρι το 98% και ξεφόρτιζε πολύ γρήγορα (σε δύο ημέρες) και μου είπαν στείλε το πάλι και τα έξοδα αποστολής θα είναι του καταστήματος. Στις 24/12/2021, έστειλα το ρολόι μου και στις 30/12/2021 με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν δύναται να επισκευαστεί και θα προχωρήσουν σε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Στις 30/12/2021, ολοκληρώθηκε η επιστροφή του ποσού . Ευχαριστώ πολύ το κατάστημα το οποίο πραγματικά έχει non stop guarantee. Πραγματικά, θα ξανά αγόραζα οτιδήποτε από το κατάστημα με κλειστά μάτια . Μπράβο τους . Στις 22/08/2020 Αγόρασα το Φεβρουάριο του 2019 το ρολόι Xiaomi amazfit bip από το κατάστημα με 2 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗ. Πριν δύο ημέρες μου παρουσίασε σοβαρό πρόβλημα (εντός εγγύησης), επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και μου είπαν στείλε πίσω το ρολόϊ με ΔΙΚΑ ΜΑΣ ΕΞΟΔΑ και θα σου απαντήσουμε . Το κοιταξανε, το στείλανε στην αντιπροσωπεία και τελικά αποφάνθηκε ότι χρήζει αντικατάστασης. Εν τέλει μου ήρθε ένα ολοκαίνουργιο ρολόϊ. Μπράβο στο κατάστημα για την εγγύηση του . Όταν έψαχνα το συγκεκριμένο ρολόϊ στο Σκρουτζ, το κατάστημα ήταν από τα ένα ή δύο μαγαζιά που έδιναν δύο χρόνια εγγύηση . Η οδηγία του ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου 99/44/ΕΚ της 25 μαϊου του 1999 λέει ελάχιστος χρόνος εγγύησης για προϊόντα εντός ΕΕ 2 έτη. Οπότε οποιαδήποτε άλλη εγγύηση που δίνουν άλλα μαγαζιά , δεν είναι εγγύηση εταιρίας αλλά εγγύηση μαγαζιού , το οποίο σήμερα είναι και αύριο δεν είναι (μαζί και η εγγύηση). On 12/23/2021, I contacted the store again as the Xiaomi amazfit bip watch charged up to 98% and discharged very quickly (in two days) and they told me to send it again and the shipping costs will be of the store. On 12/24/2021, I sent my watch and on 12/30/2021 they informed me that it can not be repaired and they will refund. On 12/30/2021, the refund was completed. Many thanks to the store which really has a non stop guarantee. Really, I would buy anything from the store again with my eyes closed. Well done for them . On 22/08/2020 I bought the Xiaomi amazfit bip watch from the store in February 2019 with a 2 YEAR WARRANTY. Two days ago I had a serious problem (under warranty), I contacted the store and they told me to send back the watch at OUR OWN EXPENSES and we will answer you. They looked at it, sent it to the dealership and finally decided that it needed to be replaced. Finally I got a brand new watch. Well done to the store for its guarantee. When I was looking for this watch in Scrooge, the store was one of the two stores that gave a two year warranty. European Parliament Directive 99/44 / EC of 25 May 1999 states a minimum warranty period for products within the EU of 2 years. So any other guarantee given by other stores is not a company guarantee but a store guarantee, which today is and tomorrow is not (along with the guarantee).
