Found exactly what I was looking for, from a wide selection of brands and products. Had it ordered and within a couple of hours I was ablt to pick it up.

I got informed that I will get the part at 12.30 and when I get there, from Artemis, they said that the part will arrive at 14.30.!!! No need to say that I couldn't wait because I didn't have the time, because I had to take the children from school. So one day got lost.

They changed one of the items without giving me any prior update! I learned about the situation when I get there to pay. The payment process was problematic also. Their POS system had an issue and I couldn't pay with my card. Also, I didn't get any e-mail to inform me that my order was ready and that I could go and take it from the store. I had to make a phone call to get to know about this final status of my order. PROS: - Prices

Suggestion, instead of replying aggressively in comments always blaming customers for your mistakes or poor support, invest time in handling your logistics better and train your customer experience representatives on how to support better. This is a response to my review and your answer: Apparently besides poor professionals you are also poor on giving informed answers since the person responding either does not know my case or is deliberately giving wrong information. 1) The part I ordered was available for same day delivery (at least according to your site since it had the availability tag on and also offered the same day delivery option as shipping method). If those don't work hire a new company to design your eshop. 2)When I contacted you because you had not delivered it till afternoon same day you did not say it was not available, you said that "your" drivers were occupied, you apologised and told me I would have it next day by courier. 3)When I contacted you the next day another employee told me that you don't have any drivers and you just use courier service (I would suggest to get your stories together) 4)I did not order the wrong part number, as I shared the screenshots by email you can see that whatever year filter you use on your site for the specific part, you end up with the same part number. Not only you messed up, I also did quality assurance on your website since apparently you don't. Again, hire a new company to redesign your eshop 5)I spent precious time talking with you, going to the courier service to return the item etc. No action by your side. 6)While I sent the item back on 10/03 and you received the item on 12/03, you just issued the refund yesterday after my phonecall. No initiative from your side. πριν από 17 ώρες Poor service and overall experience. 1st they messed the shipping option and instead of having the item delivered on same day (since I paid for same day delivery and the order was placed early morning) it was delivered early afternoon of next day. When I finally received the item it was the wrong part number. I finally had to go to the courier service to return the item and I have yet to receive my money back. They only approved the return after I called them besides my email and receiving the item. Even though the staff seems willing to help they lack professionalism as a company, since its been almost two weeks and I still have to see this through... We refunded your payment ( 16.26 euro ) even though it was your fault as you ordered the wrong part number.

EDIT after Seller's answer: The seller is missing the point in their answer: 1) I got an item that wasn't what I wanted, after being misinformed by the seller; 2) I had to contact the seller to tell them to refund the item, and I spent time and effort in the process. You definitely need to get your logistics and service process straight I've ordered an item after verifying via email it was the one I needed. Whet it arrived I discovered it actually wasn't (the seller's input was false). I sent it back and informed the seller via email. I got no answer so I called two weeks later - I had to speak to more than 4 people, the line kept hanging up while on hold and I had to call three times. I've wasted both time, money and patience. Needless to say, not thrilled at all.

The only possitive thing about this company is the prices of the items. Don't expect nothing more from their service. Lack of knowledge about parts compatibility in your Vehicle. No responsibility if they send you something wrong. If you know what you want to buy.. Go buy
