★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα αυτοκίνητο opel corsa καινούριο απ τον ΚΟΥΒΕΛΗ μόλις το 2012. Καύσιμο πετρέλαιο. Προσδόκιμο χρόνο ζωής κινητήρα, Όπως με διαβεβαίωναν 600000 χλμ κ πάνω. Όλα τα σέρβις συντηρήσεις κλπ στον ΚΟΥΒΈΛΗΣ ΠΑΤΡΑ. Σήμερα ,έξι χρόνια μετά στα 130000 χλμ, 2 μήνες μετά από τεχνικό έλεγχο, [που ειχα πραγματοποιήσει στο συνεργείο τους έπαθε ζημιά ο κινητήρας στη μέση της Εθνικής οδού χωρίς δική μου υπαιτιότητα ΖΗΜΙΑ ΔΕΚΑ ΧΙΛΙΑΔΕΣ ΕΥΡΩ!!!!!!!!!!!!!10000 ευρώ. Κινδύνευσε κ η ζωή μας. Εσεις τι θα λέγατε για τον ΚΟΥΒΕΛΗ; για την Οpel; Που είναι η εταιρική ευθύνη; Η αξιοπιστία τους; Ο ανθρωποκεντρικός χαρακτήρας ο προσανατολισμός στις ανάγκες του πελάτη; Όλα λόγια λόγια λόγια χωρίς υπευθυνότητα!! !!!!
I bought an opel corsa new car from KUVELI just in 2012. Fuel oil. Expectable engine life time, As I was assured of 600,000 kmph. All service maintenance etc at KOUVELIS PATRA. Today, six years after the 130000 km, 2 months after a technical inspection, [I had damaged their engine in the middle of the highway without my fault damaging ten thousand EUROS !!!!!!!!!! !!! 10,000 euros. Our lives were in danger. What would you say about KOUVELIS? for Opel? Where's the corporate responsibility? Their credibility? Is anthropocentric orientation to customer needs? All words words words without responsibility !! !!!!
