Μια φορά τόλμησα να πάω αλλού και τελικά πάλι στον Βασίλη κατέληξα να μου λύσει το προβλημα. Μπράβο παιδιά. Helpful. Trained. Effective. I reached 150,000km and I still go there. A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επι χρόνια πελάτης μέχρι και το 2014 όπου κ άλλαξα μάρκα αυτοκινήτου. Ήμουν απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος μέχρι τότε κ για αυτόν τον λόγο μολις επέστρεψα στην οικογένεια της Opel το πρώτο σερβις τ αυτοκινήτου πήγα να το κάνω στο εν λόγω κατάστημα πριν απο 3βδομαδες. Στα 7χρ που είχαν περάσει μάλλον άλλαξαν αρκετά διακρίνοντας μη επαγγελματισμό, αλαζονική συμπεριφορά κ μεγαλο κόστος σέρβις κ επισκευών. Για ενα απλό σέρβις λάδια φίλτρα το σύνολο του ποσού θα το χαρακτήριζα υπέρογκο κ σίγουρα σε κάποιο άλλο συνεργείο μη εξουσιοδοτημένο θα ήταν σίγουρα κάτω του μισού.Το χειρότερο είναι ότι εκαναν αναβάθμιση λογισμικού του αυτοκινήτου χωρίς να με ρωτήσουν κ αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα τη μείωση της απόδοσης του αυτοκινήτου. Στις επαναλημμενες οχλήσεις μου προκειμένου να επιλυθεί το πρόβλημα που δημιουργήθηκε η συμπεριφορά ήταν απαράδεκτη κ αλαζονική του τύπου "μην με ζαλιζεις θα σ πάρω τηλέφωνο όταν έχω νέα". πέρασαν 3εβδομαδες αλλά ακόμα περιμένω να επικοινωνησουν μαζί μου. δυστυχώς το αποτέλεσμα αυτό στην ουσία με οδηγεί στο να χρειάζεται ξανά προγραμματισμός του εγκεφάλου του οχήματος σε άλλο εξειδικευμένο συνεργείο με το κόστος να με επιβαρύνει. δυστυχώς χάθηκε η εκτίμηση κ η εμπιστοσύνη που είχα τα προηγούμενα χρόνια. For many years a customer until 2014 where I changed the car brand. In the 7 years that had passed, they probably changed a lot, noticing unprofessionalism, arrogant behavior and high cost of service and repairs. For a simple service oil filters the total amount I would characterize as exorbitant and certainly in another unauthorized workshop it would definitely be less than half. The worst thing is that they upgraded the car software without asking me and this resulted in a reduction performance of the car. In my repeated harassment in order to solve the problem that was created, the behavior was unacceptable and arrogant of the type "do not stun me, I will call you when I have news". 3 weeks have passed but I am still waiting for them to contact me. Unfortunately this result essentially leads me to need to re-program the vehicle brain in another specialized workshop at a cost to me. Unfortunately, the appreciation and trust I had in previous years was lost.
