Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη! She had a great variety in dresses and in the color palette. A little stingy of course although in front of the service of the girls the price was nothing. I was very satisfied!

Συνεπείς στις παραδόσεις και στους χρόνους των τυχόν μεταποιήσεων. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Wonderful dresses in a great variety! The saleswoman (Natassa) who served me very experienced and what she offered me perfectly matched my body type. Consistent in deliveries and times of any processing. I highly recommend it!
Α	Αννα Μουζακη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επί σειρά ετών πελάτισσα της συγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης και πρώτη φορά με απογοήτευσαν τόσο. Έκλεισα ένα βραδυνό ρούχο για ιδιαίτερη περίπτωση για το οποίο ήθελα μικρή μεταποίηση και ενώ κάλεσα μετά από 2 ημέρες και ενημέρωσα πως με ανησυχουν οι αλλαγές κλπ και θα ήθελα να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία και να μην το στείλουν για μεταποίηση, μου είπανε πως δεν είναι κόπος γι αυτους, πως θα το στείλουν αμέσως στη μοδίστρα και να παω σε μία εβδομάδα να το δοκιμάσω και αν δεν μου αρέσει να πάρω πίσω την προκαταβολή ύψους 100Ε χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Όντως πήγα (μετά από 2 εβδομάδες), τους ενημέρωσα τίμια πως δεν θέλω να πάρω το ρούχο και μου είπανε πως θα μου δώσουν πιστωτικό καθώς αυτή είναι πολιτική της εταιρείας και δεν μπορούν να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Ο υπεύθυνος δε του καταστήματος με ενημέρωσε πως δεν θα σωθεί με τα 100Ε όπως μάλλον ούτε κι εγώ. Λυπάμαι πολύ για το customer service του καταστήματος, καθώς επίσης και για τον τρόπο τους, δεδομένου πως τη σήμερον ημέρα εγώ θα σωζόμουν με τα 100Ε που η επιχείρηση απαξίωσε αλλά και δεν μπόρεσε να μου επιστρέψει! For many years I was a client of this company and for the first time I was so disappointed. I booked an evening dress for a special occasion for which I wanted a small processing and while I called after 2 days and informed that I am worried about the changes etc and I would like to cancel the order and not send it for processing, they told me that it is not a hassle them, how will they send it immediately to the seamstress and go in a week to try it and if I do not like to get back the deposit of 100E without any problems. I did go (after 2 weeks), I honestly informed them that I do not want to take the clothes and they told me that they will give me credit as this is a company policy and they can not return my money. The manager of the store informed me that he will not be saved with the 100E, as I probably will not either. I am very sorry for the customer service of the store, as well as for their way, since today I would be saved with the 100E that the company devalued but could not return to me!
