Φ	Φωτεινή Εγκολφινού on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα την γιατρο για πρωτη φορα για να παρω γυαλάκια. Εκει διαπίστωσα ότι η ηλικία φερνει προβληματα που άλλοτε τα κουβαλουσαμε για παντα. Η γιατρος βλεποντας τα μου πρότεινε την μεθοδο plexr. Την εμπιστεύτηκα και ειμαι τοσο πολυ ευχαριστημένη που ευχαριστως θα το ξανακανα. Οσο για το προσωπικό, ειναι κυριες με χαμογελο , ευγένεια και άρτια κατάρτιση. Κυρια Λυκακη σας ευχαριστώ θερμά κι εσας προσωπικά και ολη την υπεροχη ομαδα σας! I visited the doctor for the first time to get glasses. There I found that age brings problems that we used to carry forever. The doctor, seeing them, suggested the plexr method. I trusted her and I am so happy that I would gladly do it again. As for the staff, they are ladies with a smile, courtesy and good training. E	Efthymios Vezyrakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφτηκα την γιατρό για τον γιο μου που είναι σχεδόν 4 ετών κατόπιν ραντεβού, ωστόσο δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για τον περιορισμένο χρόνο που υπήρχε από μερος της γιατρού με αποτέλεσμα να μην ολοκληρωθεί η εξέταση όπως έπρεπε και να κλείσουμε εκ νέου ραντεβού για την ερχομενη εβδομάδα. Επιπλέον μας ζητήθηκε 1 ώρα πρίν από το νέο ραντεβού να βάλουμε εμείς οι ίδιοι τις σταγονες στα ματια του παιδιού, όταν αυτο ειναι υποχρέωση του ιδιου του γιατρού και οχι του γονέα. Μετά απο ολη αυτη την ταλαιπωρια για το παιδι μας ζητηθηκε να πληρωσουμε το ποσό των 30 ευρω το οποίο και πληρώσαμε. Ευτυχώς η ταλαιπωρία μας πηρε τελος την ίδια ημέρα μετά από επισκεψη πάλι με ραντεβού σε διαφορετική οφθαλμίατρο με την οποία το παιδι συνεργάστηκε άψογα σε βαθμό πού κάθησε να του βάλει σταγονες και να του κάνει όλες τις απαραίτητες μετρήσεις. Η πρώτη αυτή επίσκεψη δεν κατέληξε σε καμία διάγνωση του προβλήματος έγινε μόνο αναφορά στο ότι υπάρχει αστιγματισμός ενώ δεν έγινε κάποια νύξη για γυαλιά εφόσον δεν είχε ολοκληρωθεί η εξέταση. Το επόμενο μη επείγον ραντεβού αφορούσε την ολοκλήρωση της εξέτασης (βυθοσκόπηση κτλ) με την προϋπόθεση ότι μία ώρα πριν θα είχαμε βάλει εμείς οι ίδιοι τις 3 οφθαλμικές σταγόνες στα μάτια του παιδιού (1 σταγόνα σε κάθε μάτι ανά 5'). Η ιατρός προκειμένου να δικαιολογήσει τον λόγο που δεν ενστάλαξε η ίδια στο πρώτο ραντεβού τις οφθαλμικές σταγόνες στα μάτια του παιδιού ήταν ότι έπρεπε να πάει σε μία κηδεία στη Θεσσαλονίκη και έπρεπε να είναι στην ώρα της. Εκτιμήσαμε το γεγονός ότι το ιατρείο ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα στην εύρεση ραντεβού το επόμενο κιόλας πρωινό καθώς η οφθαλμίατρος που είχε κάνει τον πρώτο προληπτικό οφθαλμολογικό έλεγχο στο παιδί πέντε μήνες πριν απουσίαζε. Ωστόσο θεωρούμε ότι εφόσον δεν υπήρχε ο απαιτούμενος χρόνος για την παιδική εξέταση, που σαφώς απαιτεί πολύ περισσότερο χρόνο από μία εξέταση ενήλικα, θα ήταν φρονιμότερο να έχουμε ενημερωθεί εγκαίρως για την έλλειψη χρόνου και πιο συγκεκριμένα το ίδιο πρωί πριν απο το προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού. I visited the doctor for my son who is almost 4 years old by appointment, however we were not informed about the limited time available on the part of the doctor so the examination was not completed properly and we made another appointment for next week. In addition, we were asked 1 hour before the new appointment to put the drops in the eyes of the child ourselves, when this is the responsibility of the doctor himself and not the parent. After all this suffering for our child we were asked to pay the amount of 30 euros which we paid. Fortunately, our suffering ended the same day after a visit again with an appointment to a different ophthalmologist with whom the child cooperated perfectly to the extent that he sat down to give him drops and make all the necessary measurements. This first visit did not result in any diagnosis of the problem, only a reference was made to the fact that there is astigmatism, while no hint of glasses was made since the examination had not been completed. The next non-urgent appointment was for the completion of the examination (dredging etc) with the condition that one hour before we would have put the 3 eye drops in the child's eyes (1 drop in each eye every 5 '). The doctor in order to justify the reason that she did not instill the eye drops in the child's eyes on the first date was that she had to go to a funeral in Thessaloniki and she had to be on time. We appreciated the fact that the doctor's office responded immediately to the appointment the very next morning as the ophthalmologist who had done the first preventive ophthalmological examination of the child five months before was absent. However, we believe that if there was not the required time for the children's examination, which clearly requires much more time than an adult examination, it would be wiser to be informed in time about the lack of time and more specifically the same morning before the scheduled appointment.
