p	pinelopi b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειχα γυαλια ηλιου (τζαμια σκελετο) με βαθμους αστιγματισμου. Ηθελα λοιπον να βαλω τα ιδια τζαμια (γιατι ηταν πολυ ακριβα, 150 ευρω) σε αλλο σκελετο. Πηγα στο καταστημα διαλεξα καινουργιο σκελετο και ρωτησα εαν αυτο γινεται. Το ρωτησα πολλες φορες διοτι γνωριζω πολυ καλα οτι λογω αστιγματισμου εαν δεν κοπουν σωστα τοτε ειναι για πεταμα. Με διαβεβαιωσε η κυρια εκει οτι δεν υπαρχει προβλημα. Θα γινουν μια χαρα. Οταν πηγα να τα παρω , με το που τα φορεσα αμεσως καταλαβα το λαθος. Το ενα ματι μου κυριως "εφευγε" , αρα τα κεντρα ειχαν παει περιπατο, αρα τα τζαμια ηταν για τα σκουπιδια. Διαμαρτυρηθηκα σε μια κοπελα, η οποια επεμενε οτι εβαλαν τα τζαμια μου. Συμφωνω, ομως πως τα εκομαν? Το αποτελεσμα: εχασα 150 ευρω σπο τα τζαμια συν 90 ευρω απο τον καινουριο σκελετο. Και το κερασακι στην τουρτα , η κοπελα με ειρωνρυοταν , λεγοντας μου οτι με κοροιδεψαν στο προηγουμενο μαγαζι και μου πηραν 150 ευρω. θα μπορουσε αυτη να μου κανει καινουρια πιο φθηνα. Απαραδεκτο!!!!! I had sunglasses (frame windows) with degrees of astigmatism. So I wanted to put the same windows (because they were very expensive, 150 euros) in another frame. I went to the store, chose a new frame and asked if this was possible. I asked it many times because I know very well that due to astigmatism if they do not cut properly then it is for throwing. The lady there assured me that there is no problem. They will be fine. When I went to get them, with what I wore I immediately realized the mistake. One of my eyes mainly "left", so the centers had gone for a walk, so the windows were for garbage. I protested to a girl, who insisted that they put my windows. I agree, but how did they get it? The result: I lost 150 euros in the windows plus 90 euros from the new frame. And the icing on the cake, the girl was making fun of me, telling me that I was fooled in the previous store and they took 150 euros from me. it could make a new one cheaper for me. Unacceptable !!!!!

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν φοβερή τόσο κατά το στάδιο της επιλογής σκελετού όσο και κατα το στάδιο της ετοιμασία των γυαλιών. Όσον αφορά το πρώτο, πρώτη φορά είδα πωλητές αλλά και καταστήματαρχη (γιατί στα οράσεως εξυπηρετηθηκα από την ιδιοκτήτρια της επιχείρησης) να με προτρεπουν να δοκιμάσω και άλλους σκελετούς, για να μην πάρω βιαστική απόφαση. Κατάλαβαν αμέσως το στυλ μου και βρήκαμε μαζί τον καλύτερο σκελετό για το πρόσωπο μου. Τα γυαλια και στις δύο περιπτώσεις ετοιμάστηκαν ταχύτατα και οι τιμές τους ήταν πραγματικά λογικότατες για γυαλιά. Και στις δύο περιπτώσεις είχαν έξτρα έκπτωση σκελετός και φακοί. Τέλος, πρέπει να μοιραστώ και κάτι ακόμη. Αν και δε με τιμάει σαν πελάτη, ωστόσο δείχνει την ποιότητα του μαγαζιού και την διάθεση της ιδιοκτήτρια να βοηθήσει. Στα οράσεως έδωσα λάθος βαθμούς μυωπίας, το οποίο φυσικα κατάλαβα αφού πήρα τα γυαλια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ανέλαβε να φτιάξει καινούριους φακούς χωρίς να μου τους χρεώσει, παρόλο που αναγνώρισα το λάθος μου και την παρακαλούσα να δεχτεί να πληρώσω τη διαφορά. Τι να πω; αξίζουν κάθε ευρώ. As for the first, for the first time I saw sellers and shopkeepers (because I was visually served by the owner of the business) to urge me to try other skeletons, so as not to make a hasty decision. They immediately understood my style and together we found the best skeleton for my face. The glasses in both cases were prepared very quickly and their prices were really very reasonable for glasses. In both cases there was an extra discount on the frame and lenses. Finally, I have to share one more thing. Although she does not honor me as a customer, she still shows the quality of the store and the willingness of the owner to help. In my eyesight I gave the wrong degrees of myopia, which of course I understood after taking the glasses. The owner undertook to make new lenses without charging them, although I acknowledged my mistake and asked her to accept to pay the difference. What to say; worth every euro.
