Είχαν το κουτί των γυαλιών μέσα σε δικό τους κουτί, και μέσα είχαν και δωράκια· ένα στυλό, καθαριστικό υγρό και πανάκι. Επαγγελματισμός... Μπράβο σας για την καλή δουλειά. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from "Vissaris" optics. I was impressed by how careful the package was. They had the box of glasses in their own box, and inside they also had presents; a pen, cleaning fluid and a rag. Professionalism ... Well done for the good work.

Παρεγγειλα ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιά μυωπίας σε πάρα πολύ καλή τιμή, ήρθε σε πολύ προσεγμένη συσκευασία,με πληρωμένα τα μεταφορικά, δωράκια υγρό spray γυαλιών και στυλό,με όλα τα πιστοποιητικά για τη γνήσιοτητα. Επίσης είχα άριστη επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα για τη συννενόηση των φακών.Μου εστειλαν και τη βεβαίωση που θα χρειαστώ για το ΙΚΑ. Μια ξεκούραστη παραγγελία χωρίς τη παραμικρή ταλαιπωρία!! Η τιμή ήταν η καλύτερη. Πριν από την αγορά τηλεφώνησα για κάποια λεπτομέρεια και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ευγενική και άμεση. Τοποθέτησα την παραγγελία σε μη εργάσιμη ώρα και ημέρα και μου τηλεφώνησαν ημέρα Κυριακή (!) για κάποια διευκρίνηση. Η αποστολή ήταν ταχύτατη, πρακτικά σε λίγες ώρες από Θεσσαλονίκη στην Αθήνα. Το μικροδέμα έφτασε σε άριστη κατάσταση και μέσα στο (πολυτελές) κουτί υπήρχαν: Τα γυαλιά με τα πιστοποιητικά γνησιότητας, ένα χριστουγεννιάτικο στολίδι, ένα μικρό κατσαβίδι, ένα καθαριστικό spray για τους φακούς, ένα στυλό της εταιρείας και κάρτα με ευχαριστίες. Δωρεάν μεταφορικά και δωρεάν αντικαταβολή. Να σημειώσω εδώ ότι εξίσου άψογος ήταν και ο μεταφορέας, η Γενική Ταχυδρομική. Ταχύτατη ενημέρωση και παράδοση από ένα ευγενέστατο παλληκάρι. The price was the best. Before the purchase I called for some detail and the service was polite and prompt. I placed the order at non-working time and day and they called me on Sunday (!) For some clarification. The mission was very fast, practically in a few hours from Thessaloniki to Athens. The small package arrived in excellent condition and inside the (luxury) box were: The glasses with the certificates of authenticity, a Christmas ornament, a small screwdriver, a cleaning spray for the lenses, a company pen and a thank you card. Free shipping and free cash on delivery. I should note here that the carrier, the General Post Office, was equally impeccable. Fast information and delivery by a gentleman. I am impressed. N	Nikos Stoidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα γυαλιά Armani και ξεκολλησαν, ήταν με uhu κόλλα. Μουφα. Δεν μπορεί Armani να είναι έτσι από την πρώτη μέρα κουνιόταν και σε 3 μήνες βγήκε. Απάντηση στο κατάστημα: Η κριτική γίνεται για να δει ο κόσμος τι μπορεί να του τύχει. Τώρα βγήκε και το άλλο πλαστικό με UHU κ μου ειχε κολησει στα μαλλια κ με κοιτουσε ο κόσμος. Το θέμα είναι πως γίνεται να είναι ελαττωματικό δλδ εκεί στο εργοστάσιο του Αρμάνι ο υπάλληλος αντί να βάλει την καλή κόλλα έβαλε UHU? Θα περάσω φυσικά από το κατάστημα για αλλαγή όταν επιστρέψω Ελλάδα. Επίσης το Μουφα ταιριάζει είτε το προϊόν δεν είναι αυθεντικό είτε είναι όντως του Αρμάνι με αυτήν τη ποιότητα. The issue is how can it be defective dld there in Armani factory the employee instead of putting the good glue put UHU? I will of course go through the store for a change when I return to Greece. Also the Mufa fits either the product is not authentic or it is really Armani with this quality.

Communication on the phone was very good, very polite and respectful person working in the shop. The package is very accurate and thank you for the useful gifts. By the way the price of the sunglasses was very low in spite of it was new 2022 collection. Thank you! Definitely will buy again.
