Ένας ξανθός με κοτσίδα . οσο δουλευει στο κατάστημα δεν θα ξανα ψωνίσω απο εκεί ... με εβαλε να κανω 20 λεπτα δρομο καθως δεν ειμαι απο εκει λέγοντας μου σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνια ( οπου ο ιδιος με καλεσε ) οτι φακοι επαφης ειναι ετοιμοι και να παω να τους παρω . Με πηρε τηλεφωνο καθυστερημένα 15 ημέρες μετα απο την παραγγελια μου , εγω πέρασα απο το κατάστημα 3 ημέρες μετά απο το τηλέφωνο του. Με χρεωσε και με εβαλε να πληρωσω διπλη τιμη , ενα κουτι pure vision 2 (60euro) μου φανηκαν παρα πολλα, αλλα εκεινη τη στιγμη δεν μίλησα, το κοιταξα αργοτερα στο ιντερνετ...με ξανα πηρε τηλεφωνο την επομενη μερα να μου πει οτι τελικα μου εδωσε το ενα κουτί και οτι πληρωσα τα 2 κουτια , αλλα το δεύτερο δεν το έχουν παραλάβει ακομα . Εφόσον λοιπον δεν ειχε ετοιμη την παραγγελία εξαρχής γιατί με πήρε τηλέφωνο να πάω την παραλάβω; και χρεωσει διπλής τιμης + με αναγκαζει να ξανά περάσω από Αιγάλεω μονο και μονο για αυτο .... οι φακοι επαφής είναι φοβεροί , τους εχω ξανα πάρει, η εξυπηρέτηση άθλια. Θα ξανα προτιμήσω αυτούς τους φακούς αλλα από άλλο κατάστημα, σίγουρα όχι απο αυτόν. The employee is useless. A blonde with a plait. as long as he works in the store I will not shop from there again ... he made me walk 20 minutes as I am not from there telling me in a telephone communication (where he called me) that contact lenses are ready and I should go and get them. He called me 15 days late after my order, I went through the store 3 days after his phone. He charged me and made me pay double the price, a box of pure vision 2 (60euro) seemed too much to me, but at that moment I did not speak, I looked it up later on the internet ... he called me again the next day to tell me that finally he gave me one box and that I paid for the 2 boxes, but they have not received the second one yet. So if he did not have the order ready from the beginning, why did he call me to pick it up? and it charges double price + it forces me to go through Egaleo again just for that .... the contact lenses are awesome, I got them again, the service is miserable. I will prefer these lenses again but from another store, definitely not from him.
