Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, very nice decoration. I highly recommend Mr. Tahos for his professionalism, for the very good products but also for his excellent behavior.

He helped me choose the right frame for my glasses which were ready the very next day. I was completely satisfied, I highly recommend it. Excellent professional with experience in his field.

Μάλιστα, την μία φορά αγόρασα γυαλιά και όταν μου τα έκλεψαν τον επόμενο μήνα μαζί με την τσάντα ο ιδιοκτήτης αμέσως μου πρότεινε ένα άλλο ζευγάρι και με βοήθησε στην άμεση αντικατάσταση τους με το χαμηλότερο δυνατό κόστος. Από τότε τον έχω επισκεφτεί άλλες 3 φορές και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Excellent service, with very good prices and prompt response whenever I had to go. Με κορόιδεψε και μου είπε οτι μπορεί να μου φτιάξει τα γυαλιά αυθημερόν και μου είπε να περιμένω τηλέφωνο μέχρι τις 8 το βράδυ για να περάσω να τα πάρω. Τον κάλεσα στις 8.30 και ούτε που θυμόταν ποιος είμαι. Τελικά πήρα τα γυαλιά την επόμενη μέρα αφού πίεσα γιατί πετούσα με το αεροπλάνο και θα έμενα χωρίς γυαλιά. Εάν η πτήση μου ήταν το πρωί, θα έμενα χωρίς γυαλιά με λίγα λόγια... Με χρέωσε 20 ευρώ για να βάλει το συρματάκι που συγκρατεί τον φακό από την κάτω πλευρά (απο την κάτω πλευρά δεν υπάρχει σκελετός) το οποίο είχε κοπεί, κάτι που σε άλλα μαγαζιά είναι δουλειά 5 λεπτών. Όταν παρέλαβα τα γυαλιά είχαν για κάποιο λόγο βάλει κόλλα στον ένα βραχίονα στο σημείο της ένωσης με τον υπόλοιπο σκελετό (χωρίς να ζητηθεί ποτέ να γίνει οποιαδήποτε άλλη επισκευή στον σκελετό, μια χαρά ήταν) με αποτέλεσμα να βλέπεις μια αντιαισθητική γκρίζα κόλλα από εκείνη την πλευρά. Εφτιαξα τα γυαλιά για να τα πετάξω τελικά. Δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει άλλη φορά που να έχω μείνει τόσο δυσαρεστημένος από μαγαζί οπτικών. Κοροιδία, καμία απολύτως συνεννόηση, κάνουν του κεφαλιού τους, και σε υπερχρεώνουν κιόλας για αυτό. Not even from the outside! When I received the glasses they had for some reason put glue on one arm at the point of connection with the rest of the frame (without ever asking for any other repairs to the frame, it was fine) so you can see an unsightly gray glue on that side . I made the glasses to finally throw them away. I do not know if there is another time I have been so unhappy with an optics store. Mocking, absolutely no conciliation, they shake their heads, and they even owe you for it.
