K	Katerina Kokalia-Efthymiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χθες 12/5/2022 βρισκόμασταν στο κατάστημα , η μητέρα μου, η κόρη μου ( 4 ετών) και εγώ προκειμένου να πραγματοποιήσουμε τις αγορές μας. Η μικρή μου κόρη ζήτησε τουαλέτα και ρώτησα μια υπάλληλο έαν υπάρχουν τουαλέτες για να τις χρησιμοποιήσει η μικρή. Η απάντηση της ήταν : Όχι, δεν έχουμε. Πραγματικά έχασα τα λόγια μου. Απο εμένα παρότι χρόνια πελάτισσα είναι ένα αστέρι . Yesterday 12/5/2022 we were in the store, my mother, my daughter (4 years old) and I in order to make our purchases. My little daughter asked for a toilet and I asked an employee if there were toilets for the little one to use. Her answer was: No, we do not. I really lost my words. To me, despite being a client for years, she is a star.
Ε	Εμμανουήλ Σ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο καταστημα που έχω πάει καμιά σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα! Ο κύριος στο ταμείο αγενεστατος και εριστικός. Έχω αγοράσει την κάρτα η οποία και είναι στο όνομα μου και επειδή μέσα στην εφαρμογή είχα γράψει άλλο μέιλ με άλλο όνομα για ένα δώρο που θα έστελνα στην ξαδέρφη μου σε άλλη πόλη μου έλεγε πως δεν δέχεται την κάρτα αν δεν αλλάξω το μέιλ και μετά από ώρα μας έκανε και καλά χάρη και θα την δεχτεί "γι αυτή τη φορά" επίσης για να δεχτεί την κάρτα σου ζητάει ταυτότητα,και στην τελική εάν θέλετε να επικυρώνεται τα στοιχεία μας βάλτε φωτογραφίες πάνω στις κάρτες σας, Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω ποτέ στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα εάν δεν μάθει κάποιος στον κύριο τι εστί τρόποι! The worst store I have ever had anything to do with the rest! The gentleman at the fund is rude and vindictive. I have bought the card which is in my name and because in the application I had written another email with another name for a gift that I would send to my cousin in another city, he told me that he will not accept the card if I do not change the email and after time did us good thanks and will accept it "for this time" also to accept your card asks for ID, and in the end if you want to validate our details put photos on your cards, I will never go to this particular shop if one does not teach the master what are the ways!
Ν	Νικολέτα Κοροξενού on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το μαγαζί πριν 3 μήνες περίπου ούσα έγκυος μαζί με την αδερφή μου. Θέλαμε να δούμε μερικά πράγματα από βρεφικά ρούχα και πετσέτες. Η ποικιλία τους δεν ήταν μεγάλη και δεν βρήκαμε αυτό που ψάχναμε. Θέλαμε να αγοράσουμε μόνο μια κουβερτουλα. Το προσωπικό και ειδικά ο κύριος του ταμείου δεν σταμάτησε να μιλάει ειρωνικά σε εμάς και να κάνει μορφασμούς. Μας μιλούσε πάνω από 15λπετα για τα προνόμια της κάρτας μέλους ενώ του εξηγούσαμε από δεν θέλουμε να γίνουμε μέλη εκείνη την στιγμή. Δεν άξιζε κιόλας. Οι μορφασμοι και τα άσχημα σχόλια συνέχιζαν εννοείται. Έλεγε ούτε εσείς δεν ξέρετε τι θέλετε να αγοράσετε. Πριν λίγες μέρες πήγε να ψωνίσει η μητέρα μου μόνη της. Η συμπεριφορά του κυρίου η ιδια. Αγενής και ειρωνικός σε σημείο να φύγει από το κατάστημα. Κρίμα γιατί είναι νέο παιδί. Εννοείται δεν θα ξανά πάμε πότε. Εάν μπορούσα θα έβαζα -1 αστέρια. I visited the store about 3 months ago while I was pregnant with my sister. We wanted to see some things from baby clothes and towels. Their variety was not great and we did not find what we were looking for. We just wanted to buy a blanket. The staff and especially the owner of the fund did not stop talking ironically to us and grimacing. He was talking to us over 15 minutes about the privileges of the membership card while we were explaining to him that we do not want to become a member at that time. It was not worth it at all. V	Victoria Petropoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο " Κύριος" στο ταμείο απαράδεκτος ο ίδιος και η συμπεριφορά του....η έλλειψη σεβασμό και η κατάσταση που βίωσα σήμερα ήταν απίστευτα. Του έκανα μια απλή ερώτηση γιατί πήρα ένα παιχνιδάκι απο αυτα που ειναι στο ταμείο για το παιδί μου που δεν δούλευε (ήταν ελαττωματικό, όλα καλά όμως συμβαίνουν αυτά.).... και το πιο ευγενικό που μου ειπε ήταν "φτιάξτο μόνη σου"..... μετά από αυτό μόνο ειρωνείες και προσβλητικα σχόλια προς το πρόσωπο μου. Και στο τέλος κατέληξε να με σχολιάζει αρνητικά και πάλι προβλητικα με έναν πελάτη που ήταν εκεί.... εγώ να έχω μείνει άφωνη με την κατάσταση και να τους λεω απλα να ηρεμήσουν....και το παιδί μου που είναι 8 χρόνων και καταλαβαίνει τα πάντα να ειναι έτοιμο να βάλει τα κλάματα. Δεν ήταν κανένας άλλος από το κατάστημα εκείνη τη στιγμή εκεί για να κάνει κάτι η να του λέει έστω κατι....όταν ο νεαρός αποφάσισε ότι αυτά που μου είχε πει ήταν αρκετά τότε φώναξε μια συνάδελφο η οποία απλά μου έκανε επιστροφή χρημάτων και έφυγα τρέχοντας από εκεί. Π	Περικλέτα Κοντοσφύρη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Θα ήθελα να υπήρχε μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.. Ωστόσο έχω βρει λύση και παραγγέλνω ότι θέλω από το site και παραλαμβάνω από το κατάστημα.. Ωστόσο η έλλειψη ασανσέρ είναι ένα θέμα.. Είτε αν είσαι εγκυμονούσα είτε αν έχεις καρότσι. Polite and smiling staff. I wish there was more variety .. However I have found a solution and I order what I want from the site and I receive from the store .. However the lack of elevator is an issue .. Either if you are pregnant or if you have a stroller.
