Ανύπαρκτο προσωπικό, συνεχεία οι τιμές είναι λάθος και στο ταμείο ζητάνε περισσότερα, μονιμα ένας υπάλληλος στο ταμείο με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει ουρά με τις περισσότερες να είναι εγκυμονουσες, και εδώ και 3 μήνες μια λεκάνη με νερό γιατί το ταβάνι στάζει εκεί που ειναι η ουρά για τα ταμεια. Ο υπεύθυνος με εξυπηρετησε με την μασκα κατεβασμένη και γενικώς μια εικόνα εγκατάλειψης και απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση I've gone twice and I'll not step on it again! Non-existent staff, then the prices are wrong and the cashier asks for more, permanently an employee at the cashier resulting in a queue with most of them pregnant, and for 3 months now a basin of water because the ceiling is dripping where the queue is for the funds. The person in charge served me with the mask down and generally an image of abandonment and awful service

Στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί όμως επειδή με βολεύει περισσότερο και συνήθως έβρισκα μεγάλη ποικιλία και περισσότερη ευγένεια κάνω τις περισσότερές μου επισκέψεις και αφήνω τα ωραία μου λεφτάκια. Πράγμα που δεν θα ξανασυμβεί καθώς η συμπεριφορά ενός ΚΥΡΙΟΥ ΓΙΑΝΝΗ-ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΤΗ ΤΜΗΜΑΤΟΣ όπως μου συστήθηκε ήταν και προκλητική(χέστηκα τι θέση έχει) αλλά και αγενέστατη καθώς όταν κατέληξα μόνος σε κάθισμα αυτοκινήτου(αφού το μοντέλο που μου άρεσε και ρωτούσα διάφορες πολύ απλές πληροφορίες δεν είχε ιδέα για τίποτα εκτός από τα χρώματα που μπορεί να μου βρεί),και ζήτησα εάν γίνεται να το τοποθετήσουμε στο αυτοκίνητό μου, μου είπε με ύφος ότι επειδή σε λίγο σχολάει να το φορτώσουμε και να περάσω την επόμενη να το φτιάξουμε αν και δε θέλει ιδιαίτερες γνώσεις μια απλή τοποθέτηση.Λοιπόν κύριοι της Orchestra μάλλον στους νέους σας ''ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΤΕΣ'' λέτε ότι έπιασαν δουλειά στην APPLE δεν εξηγείται διαφορετικά...αυτή η αλαζονεία.Για την ιστορία έφυγα από το κατάστημα και την επόμενη μέρα ψώνισα το καρότσι,το κρεβάτι,το κάθισμα αυτοκινήτου και κάποια άλλα, από άλλη επίσης μεγάλη αλυσίδα. Διορθώστε άμεσα την ''νέα'' νοοτροπία σας γιατί δεν σας βλέπω καλά.... I have been a customer for over 8 years in this chain and I shop from various branches. In this particular store, however, because it suits me better and I usually find a great variety and more courtesy, I make most of my visits and leave my nice money. Στην κουβέντα για τα καθίσματα, ήταν ο μόνος πωλητής που έχω δεί στην αγορά τόσο ενημερώμένος για τα ADAC Crash Test καθισμάτων. Στην εβδομάδα του Black Friday με ενημέρωνε (όπως του είχα ζητήσει) ανεληπώς κ για κάθε προσφορά. Καιρό έχω να δώ τετοιον πωλητή. Μείον ένα αστέρι, διοτι στην παράδοση τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα μας ταλαιπώρησαν στην παραλαβή κ καθυστέρησε. Personally, I can not share the negative reviews. John guided me through the whole process of stroller choices very well. Talking about seats, he was the only vendor I have seen on the market so knowledgeable about ADAC Crash Test seats. During the week of Black Friday, he informed me (as I had asked him) unceasingly about every offer. I have been seeing such a seller for a long time. M	MD G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση παρότι ήταν καθημερινή και με όχι ιδιαίτερη κίνηση στο κατάστημα.Συγκεκριμένα, από μια μελαχρινή πωλήτρια με ξένη προφορά στην οποία ζητήσαμε με πολύ ωραίο τρόπο κλασικά για νούμερα κλπ και λάβαμε την χειρότερη συμπεριφορά. Κρίμα που η αξιολόγηση γίνεται με βάση των καταστημάτων και όχι των προϊόντων τα οποία είναι φοβερά. Εννοιείται πως φύγαμε μιας και δεν βρήκαμε άκρη. Πρέπει να καταλάβει το προσωπικό ότι όντας κατάστημα με παιδικά ρούχα θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση και κατανόηση καθώς δεν δίνεται η πολυτέλεια του χρόνου στους γονείς για να ψάξουν κλπ Poor service even though it was daily and with not much traffic in the store. Specifically, from a brunette saleswoman with a foreign accent in which we asked in a very nice way classics for numbers etc and we received the worst behavior. Σε δύο υπαλλήλους που έτυχε να κάνουμε μια ερώτηση για μπλουζάκια, μας απάντησαν χωρίς καν να μας κοιτάξουν και χωρίς να σηκωθούν από το σκαμπό: "Εκεί πρέπει να είναι". Απλά, δεν ξαναπαταμε. Μετά τη σημερινή μου επίσκεψη, θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω ιδιαίτερα την κ. Μιχαέλα, η οποία με ιδιαίτερη χαρά κ γλυκύτητα με εξυπηρέτησε! Κρίμα να κρύβει η μάσκα το χαμόγελο της που σίγουρα ήταν λαμπερό! Σύντομη η παραμονή μου αλλά κατάφερε σε πολύ λίγο χρόνο να με κερδίσει! From my favorite chain stores! Είμαστε πελάτες εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια και πρέπει να πω πως τις περισσότερες φορές έχουμε βρει αυτό που ψάχναμε. Χάρη στο χώρο, υπάρχει πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων σχεδόν πάντα. Δυστυχώς αρκετές φορές και σε κάποια προϊόντα δεν υπάρχει επάρκεια και όπως συμβαίνει και σε άλλα υποκαταστήματα της εταιρίας , δεν αναπληρώνουν εγκαίρως. Οι τιμές σε προϊόντα ρούχων είναι λογικές με κάποιες εξαιρέσεις ενώ σε κάποια άλλα είδη αρκετά ακριβές. Το προσωπικό, μας έχει εξυπηρετήσει όσες φορές έχει χρειαστεί ( αν και κάποιες φορές όντως ψάχνεις να βρεις κάποιον ) και τους ευχαριστούμε, κυρίως την Κα Λίτσα που μας βοήθησε από την αρχή. Για το θέμα στάθμευσης υπάρχει άπλετος χώρος στην οροφή των κτιρίων. A large branch of this chain in the commercial village of Spata. There is plenty of space on the roof of the buildings for parking.
