Έκανα μια αρκετά μεγάλη παραγγελία κι ένα από τα δυο πακέτα είχε μια χρονική καθυστέρηση από πλευρά της ταχυδρομικής.
Άμεσα ήρθαν σε επαφή μαζί μου ημέρα Παρασκευή και μετά το κλείσιμο του καταστήματος για να μου εγγυηθούν πως την Δευτέρα θα εξέταζαν το ζήτημα και νωρίς το πρωί της Δευτέρας είχα την απάντηση μου.
Αισθάνθηκα ασφάλεια καθόλη την διάρκεια της αναμονής που ήταν ελάχιστη κι είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με την ποιότητα της συσκευής που πλέον κατέχω σε άριστη κατάσταση.
Ένα ευχαριστώ στην ομάδα και επίσης στην άριστη συμπεριφορά της κυρίας Μαρίνας που χειρίστηκε το αίτημα μου.

They immediately contacted me on Friday and after the store closed to guarantee that they would look into the matter on Monday and I had my answer early Monday morning.
I felt safe throughout the wait which was minimal and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the device I now own in excellent condition.
