Βρίσκεται δίπλα στην Εθνική Οδό στο ύψος της Μεταμόρφωσης σε έναν πολύ μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο χώρο που διαθέτει ασφαλή χώρο στάθμευσης. Το προσωπικό κατατοπιστικότατο και με χαμόγελο πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Τα προϊόντα όσα χρειάζεσαι για την οργάνωση σου και όχι περιττά που σε μπερδεύουν. Υπάρχει απόθεμα και ετοιμοπαράδοτα προϊόντα είναι σχεδόν τα πάντα. Ο χώρος του καταστήματος εξαιρετικός και όχι υπερβολικός να σε μπερδεύει. Υπάρχει ράμπα για ΑΜΕΑ και γενικά όλες οι προβλεπόμενες προδιαγραφές. Δεν αξίζει απλά, πρέπει να πάτε! The whole approach from telephone communication to the receipt of goods is excellent. Η παράδοση έφτασε στα στοιχεία χρέωσης. Πρώτο λάθος. 2. Ο συνεργάτης τους, της μεταφορικής, ζήτησε ξανά τα 7+ ευρώ από υπάλληλο της εταιρίας. Δεύτερο λάθος. 3. Κάλεσα ο ίδιος για να αναφέρω τα παραπάνω και μετά από 1 μήνα ακόμα με καλούν για την σχετική επιστροφή των διπλομεταφορικών, που ο δικός τους συνεργάτης όφειλε να είναι ενήμερος. Δεν φτάνει αυτό, όταν κάλεσα να το αναφέρω και η κοπέλα που συνομιλούσα ζήτησε τη βοήθεια της "υπευθυνης" πως να το χειριστεί, ανταποκρίθηκε " ας μην τον πλήρωναν τον οδηγό, τώρα εγώ τι να κάνω;, άσε θα δούμε τι θα κάνουμε". Άριστη αντιμετώπιση τόσο στη συνάδελφο της αλλά και στον πελάτη. Προφανέστατα δεν έκαναν ως και σήμερα τίποτα. Προφανέστατα αυτοί οφείλουν να ενημερώνουν τους συνεργάτες τους ότι είναι εξοφλημένο και όχι εγώ να καλώ όλους τους υπαλλήλους της εταιρείας μου μήπως και όταν έρθει η μεταφορική να μην πληρώσουν. Μακρυά από τέτοιες εταιρίες, συμπεριφορές και λύσεις που δεν μπαίνουν στο κόπο να δώσουν από δικά τους λάθη. Order with different delivery from the billing details.
