A	Alex Μov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μου δεν ήταν πολύ καλή! Αποφύγετε να αγοράσετε επάργυρα στέφανα καθώς είναι ξεφλουδισμένα. Την πρώτη φορά που τα παρέλαβα παραπονέθηκα για την κατάσταση των στεφάνων και μας είπαν ότι ήταν ελλαττωματικά και ότι δεν έχουν περαστεί εκ παραδρομής από το μηχάνημα επιπλατίνωσης, οπότε τους πίστεψα, τα επέστρεψα και επέλεξα ένα άλλο σχέδιο για να αποφύγουμε τυχόν ίδιο ελάττωμα. Δυστυχώς και τα δεύτερα στέφανα ήταν ξεφλουδισμένα. Όταν μίλησα μαζί τους μου είπαν ότι έτσι είναι λόγω σφυρήλατου και δεν είναι ξεφλουδισμένα. (η εικόνα των δεύτερων στεφάνων ήταν η ίδια με των πρώτων που είχαν παραδεχτεί οι ίδιοι ότι ήταν ελλαττωματικά). Οπότε ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων η οποία με χίλια email έγινε μετά από 11 ημέρες. Εγώ δεν θα εμπιστευόμουν να κάνω άλλη αγορά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και δεν θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους λόγω κακής εξυπηρέτησης, αγένειας σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα και προσπάθεια εξαπάτησης καθώς προσπάθησαν να με πείσουν ότι τα δεύτερα στέφανα είναι μια χαρά ενώ ήταν ξεφλουδισμένα. Unfortunately my experience was not very good! Avoid buying silver-plated crowns as they are peeled. I would not trust to make another purchase from this store and I would not recommend it to others due to poor service, rudeness in telephone communication that I had and attempted deception as they tried to convince me that the second crowns are fine while they were peeled.

Έτυχε να μου κάνει η σύντροφός μου δώρο ένα ρολόι από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα το οποίο από την αρχή είχε απόκλιση ώρας το στέλνω πρώτη φορά μου λένε δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα.έπειτα έκανε ακριβώς τα ίδια το ξαναστέλνω και μου λένε Πώς αλλάξανε μηχανισμό στη Diesel το οποίο μετά από τηλεφώνημα στα κεντρικά της diesel φυσικά δεν έγινε κάτι τέτοιο ποτέ Και γιατί πάλι έκανε απόκλιση ώρας, το ξαναστέλνω ακόμη μία φορά και μου λέει ο τεχνικός πώς το έχω τραβήξει βίντεο και το ρολόι δουλεύει μία χαρά το ξανά παραλαμβάνω και το ξαναστέλνω αυτή τη φορά επειδή μου φύγανε και οι δύο οι δείκτες το επισκευάζουν και καλά μου το ξανά στέλνουν και τέλος το άφησα στο κουτί το άνοιξα μετά από καιρό και τους έστειλα φωτογραφία να δουν πώς είχε πάλι απόκλιση ώρας και ήμουν 100% σίγουρος. Εάν λέω ψέματα το λέω δημόσια μπορείτε να μου κάνετε μήνυση τα στοιχεία μου τα ξέρετε και ξέρετε πολύ καλά Για ποιο ρολόι αναφέρομαι.τελος την Δευτέρα σας το ξανά στέλνω και θέλω τα λεφτά μου πίσω αρκετά υπομονή και κοροϊδία. Δ	ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ ΚΕΧΑΓΙΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς θα πρέπει να συμφωνήσω με τους υπόλοιπους... σε παραγγελία μου με χρόνο παράδοσης 1-3 ημέρες , καλώ και ξανακαλώ και μου λένε ψευδώς ότι το στέλνουν κάθε ημέρα περιμένοντας να μου στείλουν το tracking number. Σήμερα μετά από 11 ημέρες και καθημερινά τηλεφωνήματα (όπου δεν έτυχα και της καλύτερης συμπεριφοράς) ακύρωσα με mail την παραγγελία μου. Ότι χειρότερο από όλες τις απόψεις σε εξυπηρέτηση και ενημέρωση. Παρακαλώ οποίος σκέφτεται να παραγγείλει από το παρόν καταστήματα να ΜΗΝ ΚΑΝΕΙ ΤΟ ΛΑΘΟΣ. Έκανα παραγγελια ένα παιδικό ρολόι που πλήρωσα κανονικά, το οποία δεν είχαν τελικά και δε με ενημέρωσαν ποτέ για αυτό, ούτε μου επέστρεψαν χρήματα, μέχρι να τους πάρω εγώ λόγω καθυστέρησης. Μου είπαν ψέματα στο τηλέφωνο ότι μου τα είχαν ήδη επιστρέψει και ότι μου είχαν στείλει ειδοποίηση εξάντλησης του προϊόντος μέρες πριν. 2. Μου μίλησαν ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΑ όσο δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει στη ζωή μου. Ουδέποτε έδειξαν ότι λυπούνται για την ασυνέπεια τους να με ενημερώσουν, αλλά με χλεύασαν κιόλας ότι προλαβαίνω να αγοράσω νέο δώρο (!!!) παρα την καθυστέρηση, ότι 'μάλλον έχω τα νεύρα μου και ξεσπάω πάνω τους' και (αν είναι δυνατόν) 'αν υπάρχει κάποιος δημόσιος φορέας κοντά μου για να πάω να εξεταστώ'. 'Επιχειρηση' για γέλια και για κλάματα, αλλά σίγουρα όχι για παραγγελίες. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!! Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews before buying from this store.
