Not even helpfull. Blaming the clients for their faults. Prefer something else

Very slow service ... if you are only one truck ,you have to wait for hours...if there are many trucks...you can lose two days and they even take 15€ for parking inside the company...shame of them !

Did not even get to the point of using their services due to poor communication, lack of accountability and repeatedly blaming the client for it. No attention, no effort, no effectiveness. I asked whether they can arrange storage facilities at destination which is Canada and they offered me their storage facilities in Aspropyrgos in Greece... I asked for which would be the port of entry I got no reply unless I gave them my full address, the name of the city was not enough. They did not make a phone call for clarifications and getting to talk to the client, claiming the time difference was the reason, something their competitor did and got the job! All in all, the communication with them gave me the impression that they do not pay attention to what they read, they function on rigid protocols without trying to accommodate the client, they are unwilling to make an effort or go that extra mile, and they have no respect for their clients but blame them instead. Even though the way they address the client is polite and superficially accomodating, in reality they function from a company centered stance and not a client centred one. I would like to stress here, that this review is strictly about my communication experience by e-mail with them. Since I did not get to use their actual moving services, I cannot comment on that part. Their moving services may be excellent and this is why I contacted them in the first place as they came highly recommended by one of their good clients. Needless to say I was deeply disappointed.

I recently used Orphee Beinoglou services for my relocation from Italy to Greece. Everything was executed with perfection, professionalism and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend it to whomever wants to use a reliable moving company.

I called the company to ask about the process of shipping my personal belongings abroad. The "lady" that I spoke with was extremely rude from the beginning. With every question I asked she became more and more nervous and rude. Of course it was impossible for anyone to understand what she was trying to say due to her speed, nervousness, and hysterical attitude. Towards the end of the conversation and after hopelessly trying to decipher the incoherent mumbling that she was projecting, she sarcastically implied that I was deaf . It appears that the company is doing well to afford being rude to clients. Well done Orphee Beinoglou, the future's looking bright.

They transported us abroad twice. They both worked without any problems and very cleanly. They are fast and organized. If you want to move without leaving your mind behind, I definitely recommend it.
