★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ζητούσαν καρτέλακι εγγύησης για να παραλάβουν το ελαττωματικό προϊόν Swarovski ενώ οι διαδικτυακες αγορές δε στέλνονται με καρτέλακι εγγύησης,μόνο με απόδειξη! Έτσι με ενημέρωσαν κι από την εταιρεία,να έχω μαζί μου την απόδειξη! Κουβαληθηκα σε άλλο νομό χωρίς να με εξυπηρετήσουν! Ας έχουν καταρτισμένο προσωπικό.
Και για να απαντήσω στον κάτοχο: Και απόδειξη εχω και το κουτί με τα σκουλαρίκια εχω και φωτογραφία αν θέλετε να σας βάλω εδώ να το δείτε έχω ,και το email από την εταιρία που γράφει ότι οι ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες δε στέλνονται με καρτέλακι εγγύησης έχω και μου είπαν να σας το δείξω κιόλας αν δε με εξυπηρετήσετε! Φυσικά δεν απευθύνθηκα ξανά στο δικό σας κατάστημα!!!
