★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από λίγες μέρες πήγα στο κατάστημα προκειμένου να αγοράσω παπούτσια και παντόφλες.Η "κυρία"στο μαγαζί(δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι υπάλληλος ή ιδιοκτήτρια)με υποδέχτηκε με έναν όχι και τόσο φιλικό τρόπο.Στην πορεία,και ενώ της εξηγούσα τι ακριβώς είχα δει στο ιντερνετ,μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι η παρουσία μου της ήταν μάλλον δυσάρεστη.Η έκφραση του προσώπου της καθώς και ο τόνος της φωνής της ήταν σαν να μου έλεγε"τι θέλεις τώρα εσύ εδώ και με ενοχλείς" γιατί περί αυτού επρόκειτο.Ενοχλήθηκε η "κυρία"που αναγκάστηκε να ανέβει στο πατάρι να ψάξει για τα παπούτσια που της ζήτησα.Οσο για τις παντόφλες ότι έβλεπα εκεί μπροστά στο ταμείο,μου είπε.Κάποια στιγμή μπήκε ένας άλλος πελάτης ο οποίος άρχισε να την ρωτάει για αυτό που ενδιαφερόταν και η "κυρία"άφησε εμένα προκειμένου να ασχοληθεί μαζί του.Αφού πλήρωσα,μου έδωσε τα παπούτσια και τις παντόφλες χωρίς καν να με κοιτάξει και ακόμα χειρότερα χωρίς να μου πει ένα έστω και τυπικό "ευχαριστώ πολύ".Φεύγοντας την χαιρέτησα λέγοντας"γειά σας" χωρίς να πάρω καμία απάντηση σε ένα μικρό μαγαζί μέσα στο οποίο είμασταν 3 άτομα.Αρα αποκλείεται να μην με άκουσε.Εχω να πω ότι η "κυρία"δεν ήταν καθόλου ευγενική,καθόλου εξυπηρετική.Μάλλον ψυχρή και βαριεστημένη.Κατά τα άλλα τα παπούτσια είναι άνετα ,αναπαυτικά ,πολύ καλής ποιότητας.Θαθελα να ξαναεπισκεφτώ το κατάστημα καθώς έμεινα ευχαριστημένη από τα παπούτσια όχι όμως από την "κυρία".Ευχομαι την επόμενη φορά να είναι κάποιο άλλο άτομο που θα με εξυπηρετήσει με χαρά και χαμόγελο γιατί αυτά τα 2 χαρακτηριστικά απουσίαζαν από το πρόσωπο της "κυρίας"
A few days ago I went to the store to buy shoes and slippers. The "lady" in the store (I don't know if she is an employee or an owner) welcomed me in a not so friendly way. Along the way, and while I was explaining to her exactly what I had seen on the internet, she gave me the impression that my presence was rather unpleasant. The expression on her face as well as the tone of her voice was like telling me "what do you want here now and you're bothering me" because that's what it was about. "Lady" who had to go up to the attic to look for the shoes I asked for. As for the slippers that I saw there in front of the cash register, she told me. At some point another customer came in and started asking her what she was interested in. "Lady" left me to deal with him. After I paid, he gave me his shoes and slippers without even looking at me and even worse without telling me even a typical "thank you very much". Leaving I greeted her saying "hello" without Let me get no answer in a small shop in which we were 3 people. So it is impossible that he did not listen to me. I have to say that the "lady" was not at all polite, not at all helpful. Probably cold and bored. comfortable, comfortable, very good quality. I wanted to visit the store again as I was happy with the shoes but not with the "lady". I hope next time to be another person who will serve me with joy and a smile because these 2 features were absent from the face of the "lady"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επισκεφθεί το κατάστημα Νέου Φαλήρου για κατασκευή πελματων αλλά και αγορά ανατομικων. Πολυ εξυπηρετικοί και καλές τιμές σε ο, τι και αν έχω αγοράσει. Το κατάστημα είναι μεν αρκετά μικρό αλλά βρίσκεις τα παντα.
I have visited the Neos Faliros store for the manufacture of soles and the purchase of anatomical ones. Very helpful and good prices on whatever I have bought. The store is quite small but you can find everything.
