K	Karolina Tasarek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly recommend to AVOID this company unless you are Russians or speak fluent Russian. We took the Meteora tour. It was unexpectedly run in Russian, which I fortunately understand but my partner doesn't. The guide's (Natalia) English was very limited. We got a few pieces of paper with the information copied from wikipedia as our 'guide information in English'. Very often the guide was not even sharing the basic organisational info in English with us. When we asked what was happening at the moment, where we were going, we were told: 'now follow me'. If not the fact I know Russian and was able to translate for my partner, we would have felt completely lost and excluded. Not mentioning that the guide was simply impolite.

As we were signing the paperwork the owner leaned across and wrote 600 euros in the excess box which had not been mentioned before then charged us an extra 10 euros per day for 0 excess when we objected. The car broke down within hours. Owner was rude, aggressive and shouted at us, refused to send anyone out to fix it when we called him but luckily a passerby helped us get it going again. No one was in the office when we took the car back at the agreed time so we contacted the owner to let him know we had the keys and where they could be collected from. He phoned us up, shouting and being aggressive before demanding that return the keys despite us being a half hour walk away and he could have driven there within 5 minutes. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Boss lady rude and totally unhelpful on phone - it was our problem, not hers. Rep asked us to wait a moment at roadside whilst she took a call. Went round corner and drove off leaving us stranded. Avoid this company - awful service.
F	Filip Zafiroski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. We booked travel to aqualand. They told us that bus leaves from our place at 10:45 and we will be there at 11:30. And that the bus is leaving from aqualand at 18:00. Bus was late and we were at aqualand at 12:30 and the bus was leaving from aqualand at 17:00 and we ended up having only 4 hours there! When we went to agency to appeal, they completely ignored us. Don’t book anything with them!
