OSKARS studios & apartments - Lassi Fanari

Stayed at Oskars 14th to 21st of June. Just 10 minutes in either direction from Lassi and Argostoli. Lovely, clean accommodation and a very nice restaurant too. Friendly and accommodating staff, in particular Makis. Thanks for your hospitality guys! We will be back. Emma and Rumina

The Studio's were more than adequate and cleaned daily, the food in the restaurant was suberb. However the sun trap where you could relax in the morning, was used as the laundry area and for those who had late departures, there was no customer shower room.

Where can I start, thank you to a fantastic family! My family were visiting Kefalonia to be at my Son’s wedding. We were initially to stay in the north but the storm Ionas put pay to that, some family members felt the wrath of the devastation but many more of us were guided south. Poor poor people losing their businesses so be kind to them when travelling north! I and my nearest and dearest landed on the front of house managers (Costa’s) doorstep, I explained to Costa ( great guy) my families problems, he was there for us from the minute we touched down, his brothers Mykey and Yanis providing the feeding and watering, excellence in the food and drinks dept. Supported by the fantastic mum and dad who were there keeping us entertained. I must point out that dad grows the organic food and has his free range chickens, the food is fantastic. Mike provides the best breakfast in town, choices galore all for £6 coffee and fresh juice included. As dad says, “my chickens provide the eggs, I grow the rest” This team were spot on, you should not be put off by the price, cram packed with value added, more than money, you will feel truly loved by the whole family! We loved to stay there. We were welcome with open arms (like family). The Garden is amazing. They have 1000 different plants and also a lot of animals like tortoise, rabbits, chickens and cats. The rooms were very clean and had a good equipment for basic cooking. Hope we can come back soon.

Everything we had in the restaurant was full of taste. I was particularly impressed with the kefalonian pie. Service and staff is top quality. It really felt comfortable and friendly. Food presentation was spot on. The terrace with sea view is really pleasant. Most of the ingredients they grow in their parcel. We also stayed in the studios for a week and we were really pleased with the experience. Beds could be more comfy and a pool would be a plus. But anyways who needs a pool having such wonderful beaches close by. The offer lemonade at check in and lemon ice cream as dessert as courtesy from their garden lemon trees which is amazing.

Absolutely perfect. I hate to tell anybody(you know keep a good thing to yourself )but i cant help but share.The family owners are warm and you feel how they sincerely love what they do and that's share their world with you.

Absolutely loved the charm of the place, the lemon and olive trees, the beautifully well maintained plants and flowers, the view of the sea and mountains and the sound of the cockrels.. mostly though the hospitality and friendliness of this family run restaurant and apartments. The Greek breakfast was delicious ? particularly the real Greek yoghurt and honey thank you for a wonderful stay
