★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απλα απαραδεκτοι! Εκνευριστικη συμπεριφορα τηλεφωνικα, ειρωνικο υφος. Προσπαθησα να συνεργαστω με την εταιρεια λογω συνεργασιας στον τομεα της επικοινωνιας, και αλλο χρηματικο ποσο εμφανιζοταν στο συμβολαιο ηλεκτρονικα στο τελικο συνολο, και αλλο ποσο (επιπλεον 20€) ζητουσαν με αποστολη email κατοπιν. Μετα απο 3 ημερες, και αφου εστειλα τα screenshot του συμβολαιου (ειδαλλως με ειχαν βγαλει και ψευτη), παραδεχτηκαν οτι υπηρχε τεχνικο προβλημα. Αυτο που με πειραξε πιο πολυ ομως, ηταν ο τροπος που μου μιλουσε η εκπροσωπος της εταιρειας, διεψευδε οτι της ελεγα, μου μιλαγε σαν να ημουν τρελος η κουφος, δεν σε αφηνε να μιλησεις, μιλαγε απο πανω μου και η κατανοηση ηταν αγνωστη λεξη για αυτην. Κριμα για ενα τοσο μεγαλο ομιλο, θα πρεπει κατα τη γνωμη μου να προσεχουν στην επιλογη των ατομων που επικοινωνουν με τους πελατες. Πολυ ασχημη εμπειρια στην πρωτη επαφη. Υποψιν οτι οι συνομιλιες ειναι καταγεγραμμενες για οποιον υπευθυνο της εταιρειας ενδιαφερθει.Eπισης να κανω μια πολυ σημαντικη διευκρινηση, η κριτικη αφορα την COSMOTE INSURANCE.
simply unacceptable! Annoying behavior over the phone, ironic. I tried to work with the company due to cooperation in the field of communication, and another amount of money appeared in the contract electronically in the final total, and another amount (in addition to € 20) was requested by sending an email afterwards. After 3 days, and after I sent the screenshots of the contract (otherwise I was also falsified), they admitted that there was a technical problem. What bothered me the most, however, was the way the company spokeswoman spoke to me, she lied that I was telling her, she was talking to me like I was crazy, she wouldn't let you talk, she was talking to me and understanding was an unknown word for she. Too bad for such a large group, in my opinion, they should be careful in choosing the people who communicate with the customers. Very bad experience on first contact. Keep in mind that the conversations are recorded for anyone in charge of the company who is interested. I would also like to make a very important clarification, the criticism regarding COSMOTE INSURANCE.
