★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μαγαζι πουλά ποιοτικό εξοπλισμό και δεν είναι φθηνό, το αντιθετο μάλιστα. Κάποιος θα περίμενε ότι οι ανεβασμένες τιμές αντικατοπτρίζονται στην καλή εξυπηρέτηση, αλλά αυτό δεν συμβαινει. Επέστρεψα μια κεραία εξωτερικού χωρου για τεχνικό ελεγχο εντός εγγύησης και η απάντηση του τεχνικού ήταν "εγώ στη θέση σου θα ντρεπόμουν να ζητήσω εγγύηση γι'αυτό το πράγμα" καθώς η RJ45 σύνδεση είχε οξειδωθεί απο υγρασία. Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, ποτέ ξανά απο το μαγαζί αυτό.
The store sells quality equipment and is not cheap, quite the opposite. One would expect that the raised prices are reflected in the good service, but this does not happen. I returned an outdoor antenna for technical inspection under warranty and the technician's response was "I in your place would be ashamed to ask for a warranty for this thing" as the RJ45 connection was oxidized by moisture. Unprofessional behavior, never again from this store.
