★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο λόγος που βάζω ένα αστέρι είναι γιατί δεν γινεται να βαλω κανενα αστερι.Δεν παρέλαβα ποτε τα προϊόντα που παρήγγειλα ηλεκτρονικά.Υστερα από κάποιες μέρες τις παραγγελίας μου όπου δεν υπήρχε καν ενημέρωση της κατάστασης της, έστελνα mail κάθε μέρα και απάντηση δεν πήρα ποτέ.Μετά πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν οτι υπήρχε πρόβλημα με ενα απο τα προϊόντα, αύριο θα σας σταλθεί.Δεν ήρθε τίποτα. Αυτό γινόταν επί μια εβδομάδα και παραπάνω, μέρα παρά μέρα.Υστερα από δυο εβδομάδες οπου πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο πάλι, αναγκαστικα να ακυρωσω την παραγγελία μου λόγο οτι δεν γίνεται να παραλαβω το εξής προϊόν.Το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν, ότι δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση από αυτούς, παρά μόνο εγώ εξακολουθουσα να τους τηλεφωνω για να ενημερωθω.Τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτοι, κακή εξυπηρέτηση, μηδενική ενημέρωση, στο έπακρον αδιαφορία και αντιεπαγγελματίες.
The reason I put a star is because I can not put any star. I never received the products I ordered online. After a few days of my order where there was not even an update of its status, I sent mail every day and I never received a response. Then I got a call and they told me that there was a problem with one of the products, it will be sent to you tomorrow. Nothing came. This was done for a week or more, day after day. After two weeks where I got a call again, I had to cancel my order because it is not possible to receive the following product. The worst of all was that there was no information from them, except me I kept calling them to be informed. At least unacceptable, poor service, zero information, utter indifference and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προβλημα στην μηχανοργανωση τους,ασχετα τι λεει το site τους πρωτα παρτε τηλεφωνο αν ειναι διαθεσιμο και μετα καντε την παραγγελια αλλιως θα βρεθειτε να περιμενετε βδομαδες.
Δεν υπαρχει σωστη on-line ενημερωση ακομη και οταν ηδη εχει ξεκινησει η διαδικασια παραδοσης,ο υπευθυνος Logistics καπου αλλου θα χαζευει.
Problem in their computerization, regardless of what their site says, first pick up the phone if it is available and then place the order otherwise you will find yourself waiting for weeks.
There is no proper online information yet and when the delivery process has already started, the Logistics manager will be fooling around elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια ποιότητα ακόμα και στα υποτίθεται επώνυμα ρούχα. Σε χρεώνουν για τις επιστροφές ενώ αναγράφου πως είναι δωρεάν. Άθλιος τρόπος επικοινωνίας, δεν στέλνουν καμία απολύτως ενημέρωση. Δεν την συνιστώ σε καμία απολύτως περίπτωση!!
Poor quality even in supposedly branded clothes. They charge you for the returns while stating that it is free. Miserable way of communication, they do not send any information at all. I do not recommend it at all !!
