★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This unassuming place was so charming and the lovely family who run it have no idea how much their hospitality meant to us after a troublesome holiday. We discovered it only 2 nights before leaving and just had to revisit on the last night, too. It's not the place if you're in a hurry but if you like authenticity and a warm welcome, not to mention astonishingly low prices, then look no further. If my otherwise-poor experience of Crete had been better and I was inclined to return to the island, I would be heading straight to this place to say hello. Simply the loveliest people. I wish I'd asked the lady's name so I could thank her here personally. Highly recommended.
