Ασυνεννοησία με τις παραδόσεις-παραλαβές και το χειρότερο είναι ότι δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο. Very good prices on their products but many issues with service. The disagreement with deliveries and the worst thing is that they never pick up the phone.

Ήρθε σε λάθος χρώμα, την επέστρεψα, δεν είχαν το χρώμα που ήθελα, δεσμευτήκανε να μου επιστέψουν τα χρήματα (<200 ευρώ) εντός 2 ημερών και 10 μερές μετά ακόμη τα περιμένω!!!! Έχω παρεί αρκετά τηλέφωνα και δεν υπάρχει κάποιος υπεύθυνος να μιλήσεις σοβαρά, όλοι σου λένε "δώστε μας 2 λεπτά και θα σας ενημερώσουμε" και δεν ενημερώνουν ΠΟΤΕ, ούτε γραπτά!!!! INADABLE E-SHOP !!! 80 days worry me with my order. It came in the wrong color, I returned it, I did not have the color I wanted, I was committed to repaying my money (<200 euros) within 2 days and 10 days after I still wait for it !!!! Για παραγγελία που έκανα στις αρχές Μάρτη για ενα κινητό Huawei γίνανε τα εξής. Μου ήρθε άμεσα μήνυμα ότι παραγγέλθηκε και θα παραδοθεί στις επόμενες 4-10 μέρες. Αφού πέρασε η προθεσμία πήρα 8! φορές τηλέφωνο να ενημερωθώ και μου λέγανε το παραμύθι ότι περιμένουν παραλαβή. Ώσπου φτάσαμε ένα μήνα μετά να μου πούνε με τα χίλια ζόρια ότι το κινητό που λέγανε ότι πουλάνε δεν υπάρχει πλέον! Ούτε ένα κλικ στην λέξη overshop! Μακρυά!
