★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold us a water heater system, the installation wasn't properly finished, and the heater is grossly undersized and doesn't heat the pool even in late October or April to the desired temperature (28-30).
So now we have a 3500 euro weight sitting in the backyard that we haven't used at all in 2 years.
The company didn't care, they just complained about their last 500 euro payment that we didn't pay them.
We offered to return the machine, at a discount, see if they can sell it to someone else, etc. No solutions given.
