★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1η φορά πελάτης στο πάρκινγκ, ημέρα Κυριακή και με το που βγαίνω από το αμάξι μου αναφέρει ένας υπάλληλος ότι κοστίζει 5€, συμφωνώ & αναχωρώ. Στην παραλαβή του αυτοκινήτου, άλλος υπάλληλος μου λέει πως κοστίζει 7€ λόγω Σ/Κ. Του απαντάω ΟΚ, αλλά ο συνάδελφός σας μου είπε 5€. Καμία αντίδραση. Συνεχίζω ευγενικά προσθέτοντας ότι τα 2€ δεν θα κάνουν την διαφορά, εννοώντας ότι θα πληρώσω τα 7€, αλλά δίνετε λάθος πληροφορίες στον πελάτη. Πάλι καμία αντίδραση παρά μόνο ένα απαθές κι αδιάφορο «ναι, ΟΚ..». 1 αστέρι λοιπόν, γιατί μια συγγνώμη ποτέ δεν βλάπτει.
Edit μετά την απάντηση της επιχείρησης: το αυτοκίνητο το άφησα μετά τις 20:00 μιας και θα επισκεπτόμασταν θέατρο της περιοχής κι ενημέρωσα πως θα το παραλάμβανα μετά τις 23:00. Δεκτή η συγγνώμη σας!
 1st time a customer in the parking lot, Sunday and when I get out of my car an employee mentions that it costs 5 €, I agree & I leave. Upon receipt of the car, another employee tells me that it costs € 7 due to S / C. I answer OK, but your colleague told me 5 €. No reaction. I continue politely adding that € 2 will not make a difference, meaning that I will pay € 7, but you are giving the wrong information to the customer. Again no reaction except an apathetic and indifferent "yes, OK ...". So 1 star, because an apology never hurts.
Edit after the answer of the company: I left the car after 20:00 since we would visit a theater in the area and I informed that I would receive it after 23:00. Your apology is accepted!
