If you want to visit the Actopolis you need to take a 20-25 minutes walk.

Edit: We couldn't figure out where the pedestrian exit was, so we just walked up the ramp (which other people seemed to do also). Slightly dangerous, so better signage would be good. Also, the payment machine said that it accepts credit cards but it wasn't obvious how to do that, so I ended up borrowing money from someone to pay in cash.

I still maintain that the parking is a maze. There doesn't seem to be any logical coherence to the numbering and the place spots, which are very difficult to follow. it took us 5 minutes of anxiety to eventually find our car...

2€/hour and 1€/hour with a student ID and no more than 12€/day I think.
It's in a suitable location next to the metro station and approximately 10-15' walking distance to Syntagma square.
And it's also open 24/7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionals, which is not the case for many other parkings in central Athens. Price was something like 16 euros per day last time I visited. It's OK for that part of the city. Safe to park there.
