Είχα θέμα με εισιτήρια που μου έβγαλαν, καλούσα στο γραφείο και ο ιδιοκτήτης επειδή δεν ήξερε να με βοηθήσει μου έλεγε ότι δεν είναι μέρες και ώρες αυτές που καλώ (Σάββατο πρωί!). Καλούσα καθημερινές και τότε η δικαιολογία ήταν πως λείπει η υπεύθυνη που γνωρίζει (δεν ήταν ποτέ εκεί). Μακριά. Unacceptable behavior. Πήγε φίλη μου για να βγάλει ακτοπλοϊκά εισιτήρια με προσφορά από τηλεφωνική εταιρία 1+1 δώρο και επειδή ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ήξερε πώς να το κάνει έβγαλε δύο κανονικά εισιτήρια και με χρεωσε +40€. Η απάντηση στην φίλη μου ήταν τι σε νοιάζει? Εσύ θα τα πληρώσεις? Κοιτάνε μόνο την τσέπη τους και όχι την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών. The worst agency of Galatsi in all respects. Δεν πολύ έδωσα σημασία.δεν έβαλα μυαλό κ επέλεξα να ξανα παω.Απαράδεκτος ο κυριουλης αφού προσπαθούσε να με πείσει ότι δεν βρίσκει με τίποτα εισιτήριο επιστροφής.τον ρωτουσα για όλα τα δρομολόγια αφου τα έβλεπα διαδικτυακά και μου έλεγε πως τα δρομολόγια που το λέω δεν υπάρχουν και να μην εμπιστεύομαι το ίντερνετ ? και ότι αυτός είναι πιο έγκυρος.μ είπε κιόλας ότι θα μιλήσει με τον καπετάνιο μήπως μου έβρισκε εισιτήριο. Κάπου εκεί βγαίνω να κάνω ενα τηλέφωνο σε πρακτορείο στην Ραφήνα και μου βρίσκει διαθέσιμα εισιτήρια. Μπαίνω μέσα και του λεω πως βρήκα διαθέσιμο κ μου λέει δεν είναι δυνατόν.είχαμε δώσει ήδη τα στοιχεία μας για τα εισιτήρια αναχώρησης κ τα είχε κόψει κ προσπάθησε να μας πει ότι πρέπει να τα πληρώσουμε κ δεν γίνεται ακύρωση. Και σαν πόσο μας είχε χρεώσει και 10 ευρώ παραπάνω. Εννοείται ότι δεν τα πληρώσαμε κ φύγαμε αφού το μονο που ήθελε ηταν να μας κοροϊδέψει.
