★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A superb, friendly , inviting environment for exercising! A young, energetic couple operates the studio and are always welcoming. I love their professionalism, cleanliness and structure of their studio. I have been impressed with their depth of knowledge of what they are teaching and how the body works. As professional dance instructor , I have found through their lessons, to have increased in strength and flexibility. In addition, with my current work as an ESL teacher, I do sit a lot and it has eliminated my back strains. Phillip and Aggeliki are personable and seek out for the well being of each attendee. I have traveled and lived in many places and this has become by far one of my favorite Yoga studios! Bravo!
