Στα θετικά της ότι έχει στρωμένο τάπητα σε όλη της την εκταση, αρκετά παγκάκια και ένα σκίαστρο.
Αρνητικά σημεία, η παλαιότητα των παιχνιδιών (κατασκευή 2010) και του τάπητα.
Έχει δύο ζευγάρια κουνιες, δύο τσουλήθρες μια με σκάλα και η άλλη με αναρρίχηση, ένα ξεχαρβαλωμένο σαλιγκάρι και ένα άλλο παιχνίδι.
Έχει και βρύση πίσω από τις τσουλήθρες στην γωνία.
