Έκανα την παραγγελία στη μία το μεσημέρι και οι άνθρωποι λόγω της κατάστασης με τις μεταφορικές και επειδή βιαζόμουν το προϊόν, για να με εξυπηρετήσουν μου το έστειλαν με το ΚΤΕΛ και στις τρεις το μεσημέρι είχα ήδη παραλάβει. Δεν έχω λόγια. Εν τω μεταξύ μιλάμε για την απόλυτη ευγένεια στο τηλέφωνο. Άψογοι επαγγελματίες. Ευχαριστώ πολύ I may have had the best service ever. I placed the order at one in the afternoon and the people, due to the situation with the transport and because I was in a hurry for the product, to serve me they sent it to me by KTEL and at three in the afternoon I had already received it. Παρασκευή αργά το μεσημέρι έκανα την παραγγελία Σάββατο 11 το πρωί ήταν το προϊόν στα χέρια μου και σε άλλη πόλη.Συνεχιστε έτσι το σίγουρο είναι ότι θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.?? X	Xristina Mavridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις καλύτερες εξυπηρετήσεις που έχουμε δεχτεί ποτέ αν όχι η καλύτερη!! Τρίτη απόγευμα παραγγείλαμε ένα πολυκαρότσι, Πέμπτη πρωί μας είχε έρθει στην Αθήνα! Ο άνθρωπος στο τηλέφωνο ήταν ευγενέστατος, κατατοπιστικός κ πάνω απ όλα ειλικρινής! Πραγματικά σας ευχαριστούμε γιατί με αυτό το καρότσι μας ταλαιπώρησαν πολύ από άλλο κατάστημα στην Αθήνα εδώ κ ένα μήνα κ εσείς μέσα σε ούτε 2 μέρες μας το φέρατε κ μας κάνατε πολύ χαρούμενους κ τώρα πια μπορούμε να περιμένουμε το μωράκι μας έτοιμοι κ πολύ πιο ήρεμοι!!! Για ότι άλλο χρειαστούμε εμείς, φίλοι κ γνωστοί ξέρουμε κατευθείαν πλέον που θα ψάξουμε! Να είστε καλά κ να κάνετε πάντα χρυσές δουλειές!!! ☺️ One of the best services we have ever received if not the best !! On Tuesday afternoon we ordered a wheelchair, on Thursday morning we had arrived in Athens! The man on the phone was very kind, informative and above all honest! We really thank you because with this stroller we suffered a lot from another store in Athens here for a month and you brought it to us in less than 2 days and you made us very happy and now we can expect our baby ready and much calmer! !! For everything else we need, friends and acquaintances, we now know exactly where to look! Be well and always do golden jobs !!! ☺️

Μετά από περίπου ένα χρόνο χρειάστηκα κάποιο ανταλλακτικό άμεσα.Αποτελεσμα,η ανταπόκριση από το κατάστημα τόσο άμεση (επικοινωνία με την κατασκευάστρια για προμήθεια κ γρήγορη αποστολή) που το είχα στα χέρια μου νωρίτερα απ' ότι περίμενα. Συνιστω το κατάστημα ανεπιφύλακτα! Excellent service! I had procured a child seat which came into my hands the next day and I received it in a neat package. After about a year I needed a spare part immediately. As a result, the response from the store was so immediate (contact with the manufacturer for supply and fast shipping) that I had it in my hands earlier than I expected. I highly recommend the store!

Αν και η περιγραφη έλεγε ότι θα υπάρχει και αδιάβροχο καροτσιου τελικά η εταιρία είχε σταματήσει να στέλνει μαζί με την συσκευασία. Παρ ολα αυτα το μαγαζί ζήτησε συγγνώμη για την αναστάτωση και έστειλε με δικά του έξοδα ένα ολοκαίνουριο universal αδιάβροχο. Άψογοι σε όλα τους! Excellent service. The stroller I ordered came in a few days and in perfect packaging. Although the description said that there would be a waterproof stroller, eventually the company had stopped shipping along with the packaging. Nevertheless, the store apologized for the inconvenience and sent at its own expense a brand new universal raincoat. Flawless in all of them!
