t	thanos tzibas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παιχνίδια για όλες τις ηλικίες και για όλα τα γούστα. Πολύ καλές τιμές, συναγωνίζονται άνετα τιμές από σκρουτζομαγαζα. Χαμογελαστό και φιλικό προσωπικό. Έβαλα 4 αντί για 5 αστέρια γιατί έχει ένα σοβαρότατο μειονέκτημα, δεν υπάρχει πρόσβαση με καρότσι, μετά από τόσα χρόνια λειτουργίας δεν έχει λυθεί αυτό το πρόβλημα και δεν τους βλέπω πρόθυμους να το λύσουν. Games for all ages and for all tastes. Very good prices, competing comfortably from prices from scrooge shop. Smiling and friendly staff. I put 4 instead of 5 stars because it has a very serious disadvantage, there is no access by wheelchair, after so many years of operation this problem has not been solved and I do not see them willing to solve it.

Ενημερώνω για το λάθος τους (ευγενική κ εξυπηρετική η υπάλληλος) κ την Τετάρτη το πρωί παρέλαβα το σωστό ?. Αν κ έγινε λάθος διορθώθηκε άμεσα. Order Saturday morning and I received it on Tuesday at noon. Excellent packaging and information on its progress. My big surprise was that they had sent the wrong product. I inform about their mistake (polite and helpful employee) and on Wednesday morning I received the right ?. If a mistake was made it was corrected immediately.

K	Kona Kydes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα στις 18/11 2 παιχνιδάκια από το internet, έδωσα το ενα στο κορίτσι μου στις 25/12 το οποίο δεν λειτουργούσε. Έστειλα email στις 27/12 για το συμβάν και στις 28/12 πρωί πρωί με πήραν τηλέφωνο ότι θα μας στείλουν καινούργιο!!δεν το περίμενα μετα από ένα μήνα και δεν ήταν και ακριβό 12ε.μπραβο!!! I bought on 11/18 2 toys from the internet, I gave one to my girl on 25/12 which did not work. I sent an email on 27/12 about the event and on 28/12 in the morning they called me that they would send us a new one !! I did not expect it after a month and it was not expensive 12e. Well done !!!
V	Vasia Zaglara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από μια άσχημη εμπειρία από άλλο κατάστημα της ίδιας εταιρείας ειπαμε να δώσουμε μια ακόμα ευκαιρία ,μιας και στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα βρήκαμε το πατίνι που θέλαμε και αφού πέρσι μας διαβεβαίωναν πως το λάθος απλά έτυχε . Απαράδεκτοι για ακόμα μια φορά.... Παραγειλαμε πατίνι 3 σε 1 από ενός έως πέντε ετών για το βαφτιστήρι μας ,το πήγαμε για δώρο Χριστουγέννων και όταν το ανοίξαμε διαπιστώσαμε με μεγάλη μας απογοήτευση πως το πατίνι ήταν 2 σε 1 καθώς έλειπε ένα βασικό και πολύ σημαντικό εξάρτημα. Επισης οι οδηγίες μέσα στο κουτί ήταν από διαφορετικο προϊόν. After a bad experience from another store of the same company we said to give another chance, since in this store we found the skate we wanted and after last year they assured us that the mistake just happened. Unacceptable once again .... We ordered a 3 in 1 skate from one to five years old for our christening, we took it as a Christmas gift and when we opened it we found with great disappointment that the skate was 2 in 1 as it lacked a basic and very important accessory. Also the instructions in the box were from a different product.
