Πέρα από το ότι δεν έχουν καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν τον πελάτη, δεν έχουν και ιδέα από εξυπηρέτηση. Μετά απο online παραγγελια προσπάθησα να συνεννοηθώ με υπαλλήλους του καταστήματος στο τηλέφωνο πράγμα το οποίο ήταν σχεδόν ακατόρθωτο, ταλαιπωρήθηκα και κατά την παραλαβή των προϊόντων από το φυσικό κατάστημα, στα οποία αν και είχα τονίσει κατά την παραγγελία ότι ήθελα να αφαιρεθουν οι τιμές γιατί ήταν για δώρο, είχαν κανονικά τις τιμές πάνω. Επίσης, παρόλο που δήλωσα κατά την παραγγελία ότι ήθελα να κοπεί τιμολόγιο με αγνόησαν και έκοψαν απόδειξη, προφανώς δεν εκαναν καν τον κόπο να διαβάσουν τα σχόλια της παραγγελίας online. Όσο για τις σακούλες δώρου τις οποίες πλήρωσα έξτρα..δε θα σχολιάσω καν.. Very very bad service..at least amateur. Apart from the fact that they have no disposition to serve the customer, they also have no idea of service. After ordering online I tried to contact the employees of the store on the phone, which was almost impossible, I also suffered when receiving the products from the physical store, in which although I had emphasized during the order that I wanted to remove the prices because it was for gift, they normally had the prices above. Also, although I stated during the order that I wanted an invoice to be cut, they ignored me and cut a receipt, obviously they did not even bother to read the comments of the order online. As for the gift bags that I paid extra..I will not even comment ..
