V	Veronika Zagkoroulko Shnayder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Τα έπιπλα είναι όπως τα δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες ΑΛΛΑ οι οδηγίες για να να τα συναρμολογήσεις είναι αλλού ντ' αλλού. Εντάξει δεν περιμέναμε ΙΚΕΑ αλλά λείπουν εξαρτήματα και κάποια άλλα έχουν επιπλέον που δεν ξέρεις που πάνε. Επίσης, βλέπεις κάτι στην εικόνα των οδηγιών που αντικρούει τη λογική σου αλλά λες εντάξει θα το κάνω όπως στις οδηγίες και καταλήγεις να αποσυναρμολογείς τα πάντα γιατί έπρεπε να ακολουθήσεις εξ' αρχής τη λογική σου. Τέλος, σε όλες οι εξωτερικές βίδες δεν δίνεται δυνατότητα κάλλυψής τους με αποτέλεσμα να χαλάει την αισθητική του επίπλου και τη δική μας! Good and fast service. The furniture is as shown in the photos BUT the instructions to assemble it are elsewhere. Ok we did not expect IKEA but accessories are missing and some others have extra that you do not know where they go. Also, you see something in the image of the instructions that contradicts your logic but you say ok I will do it as in the instructions and you end up disassembling everything because you had to follow your logic from the beginning. Finally, not all external screws can be covered, thus spoiling the aesthetics of the furniture and ours!
C	Christina Mastoridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιμένω 3 ημέρες ενημέρωση της παραγγελίας. Αφού επικοινώνησα μου είπαν πως έχω βάλει λάθος τηλέφωνο. Τσεκάροντας με την κυρία το τηλέφωνο είχα βάλει το σωστό. Ενημερώθηκα πως μου έστειλαν και μέιλ, το οποίο δεν έλαβα. Εν τέλει μιλώντας σε ένα τηλέφωνο με συνεχόμενες διακοπές-αφου έχουν πρόβλημα τα τηέφωνα τους- μου είπαν να πάω αλλού να πληρώσω, αλλού να παραλάβω σε ώρες γραφείου-λες και εγώ, σαν καταναλωτής δεν εργάζομαι, και εν πάσει περιπτώση αυτό, δεν αναφέρεται κάπου κατα τη διάρκεια της παραγγελίας. Και μετά από όλα αυτά που ζήτησα να μου το αποστείλουν, είναι Τετάρτη και μου μιλούν για την επόμενη εβδομάδα. ΜΕΤΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΙΔΙΑ ΠΟΛΗ ΟΛΑ ΑΥΤΑ! Απαράδεκτοι, πραγματικά. I am waiting for 3 days to update the order. After I contacted I was told that I had put the wrong phone. Checking the phone with the lady I had put the right one. I was informed that they also sent me an e-mail, which I did not receive. Finally talking on a phone with continuous breaks -after they have a problem with their phones- they told me to go somewhere else to pay, somewhere to pick up during office hours-as if I, as a consumer, do not work, and in any case this is not mentioned anywhere during the order. And after all that I asked them to send it to me, it's Wednesday and they are talking to me about next week. AFTER THE SAME CITY ALL THIS! Unacceptable, really.
N	Nikos EasyTv (NikosChannel) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν, παιδιά, εδώ έχω βάλει μερικές φωτογραφίες από το σπίτι μου, ότι γίνεται χαμός,??? παραγγείλαμε πριν ένα μήνα και μας έχουνε φέρει την μισή ντουλάπα, λείπουνε πολλά κομμάτια. παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο και Δεν έχουνε απαντήσεις, μας κοροϊδεύουνε πραγματικά εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες, έλεος πια, τώρα μας είπανε για την άλλη εβδομάδα, ότι θα τα φέρουν, θα δείξει!! ?????? Well, guys, here I have put some photos from my house, that it's a waste, με we ordered a month ago and they have brought us half the closet, many pieces are missing. we get a phone call and they have no answers, they have been really making fun of us for two weeks now, mercy now, now they told us for the next week, that they will bring them, it will show !! ??????
