 Nice view, friendly environment and Father Vassilios who is in charge of the monastery is a very good man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo antico monastero sorge in posizione panoramica sopra il paese di Ano Mera, nei paraggi delle rovine dei Gyzi Castle. Quando l'ho visitato era purtroppo chiuso ma talvolta dovrebbe aprire alle visite.
This ancient monastery stands in a panoramic position above the village of Ano Mera, near the ruins of the Gyzi Castle. When I visited it was unfortunately closed but sometimes it should open for visits.

We could only see it on the outside, it was closed. It looked interesting, there is nothing else to see around the area.
