For a long time we had a rest with my wife in Croatia and so we decided to change the place of vacation to Corfu. The wife chose a villa in Kalami for a very long time (the best place) and opted for Paleopetres. We liked the convenient entry from the highway. I liked the need for daily descent, ascent to the beach and back as a workout (we got up to run around the surrounding hills early in the morning). I really liked the view from the villa on the bay according to the photos on the Internet. I must say right away that in the apartments we liked everything endlessly, but this vacation is exclusively for the couple, and not for the big kagal with children, godparents and friends, as many Russians like to ride. We had apartment number 8. This is a two-room studio with a kitchen and a bedroom, as well as a truly huge balcony. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. As an experienced person, I brought with me a set of usually missing accessories, but we only needed a kitchen apron)) Everything else is in sufficient quantity. Moreover, there is a microwave, and a coffee maker, and a kettle. We were expecting gifts from the hostess Joanne - wine, milk, juice, a lot of all kinds of pastry sweets. The only thing that was a little depressing was that the electric stove, in which “trouble from the mind”, too sensitive electronics, adapted for a long time. And the refrigerator is small. But these are trifles. Wi-Fi works fine. In order not to carry an electronic card from the apartment, a small special safe with a code hangs at the entrance. The bed in the bedroom is tall with a beautiful mattress, we got enough sleep. In the bathroom, all the toiletries and items are not in hotel bottles, but in large bottles. Girl Maria changes towels and cleaning once every 3 days, linen changes once a week. The villa is very quiet, apparently in Paleopetres the price is such that for the most part people come serious and aged)) We bought fresh fish and seafood daily at the fishmarket and cooked great at home. And in the evenings, they sat in comfortable chairs on a huge balcony, drank fine wine, bought not far from a wine boutique, and admired the moon over the sea, the proud passage of ferries in the sea in colorful lights, as well as the takeoff and landing of planes in Kerkyra. Thanks to Joanna, we will certainly return to our apartments))
