★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small new tavern in the middle of the village with really tasty food, large portions and an atmosphere that travells you to a preceding era. Particularly, beef patty (burger) was juicy and extremely tasty, while the same occured for chicken patty as well. Both were excellent seasoned. Another great dish, highly recommended, was the flomari pasta with cooked beef in tomato sauce. Tzatziki was magnificent, without too much garlic for those of us who prefer a lighter version of this sauce. We visited the place twice in August. The price per person did not exceed 14 euros, with meals including starters, main dishes and beverages. Overall, it is a small restaurant worth trying if you are in the area, with excellent food and low prices.

Over 30 people and 3 members of staff in total between kitchen and service - waited half an hour to get the order, forgotten by waiter and a night long fight between the owner/chef and the waiter. The good thing was the quality but a little recommendation - limit number of seats and fight less and care more about client. Sometime a little apology can help as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shared Easter lunch here with the family. Lamb chops were soft and juicy, well cooked and spiced perfectly. Potatoes were tasty, and the rice was unusual with orange, fresh cheese and raisins. We also enjoyed a fresh salad with local cheese, pine nuts, raisins and a yogurt dressing.
The local short pasta (flomari) was cooked with chicken in a tomato based sauce and was very good. Chef topped it all off with a fantastic mille-feuille!
Highly recommended - an unexpected jewel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere in a completely natural landscape, but first of all… it’s the taste, the perfect mix and usage of condiments and the flavour. It remains in your mind.
The owner is formidable. He knows perfectly how to play with ingredients to get an amazing result. Just ask him what you want for the next day and you’ll be amazed. We tried wild rabbit perfectly cooked with mushrooms and olives, lobster (grilled) - spicy and full of flavour, lamb liver, grilled vegetables.
He is open to everything you’ll want.
Very good tavern in Sardes, in fact very good tavern in Limnos, great natural atmosphere, perfect attitude of the owner, tasty food (so tasty that you want to come back).
