★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was calling for making a booking for rooms, I talked with the receptionist (female) and suddenly she hung up the call - I tried for 3 more times, the telephone was taken and hung up again immediately.
Bad service and impertinence! not to talk with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly front desk staff speaking English and go out of their way to help. Great location in town, but the church bells are right across the street. If there is a live band in the park, well, good luck on sleeping. The bed was firm and comfortable. Wifi is good. Good shower pressure and hot for a long time. The continental breakfast is 7 euros and you can't order a-la-carte without first ordering the the continental and even then it is, for example, 3.5 euros for 2 hard boiled eggs!???
They guard the remote for the air conditioner, but will hand it out if you ask. The rooms are modern with lots of good lighting, including the bathrooms. It's a very small hotel, and the elevator is also small. They have a 5 gallon of cold water, which is nice to use. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the bus station on the road. They let you drop your luggage in their bar area if you're there before check-in.
