Μου απάντησαν πρόθυμα και με ευγένεια και μου έλυσαν όλες μου τις απορίες. Όχι μόνο βρήκα το προϊόν σε χαμηλότερη τιμή, αλλά με αντιμετώπισαν ως πελάτη και όχι ως αρπαχτή. (έστω κι αν το προϊόν ήταν ευτελούς αξίας) Έστω και με ένα ευχαριστώ, στην εποχή μας αυτές οι συμπεριφορές πρέπει να επιβραβεύονται. Μπράβο σας. Η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία έγινε για την αγορά ενός ηλιακού θερμοσίφωνα και η ενημέρωση που είχα σε ότι ήθελα ήταν πολύ καλύτερη από μαγαζιά που πήγα με φυσική παρουσία. Ότι μου ανέφερε ως προς τα χαρακτηριστικά κτλ ήταν ακριβώς όπως μου τα ανέφερε και μπορώ να πω η φιλικότητα και η προθυμία μου έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση. Σε μελλοντική μου αγορά θα είναι σίγουρα το πρώτο κατάστημα που θα επισκεφτώ.
