Δυστυχώς, δείξαμε εμπιστοσύνη στον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος για την αγορά ηχητικού εξοπλισμού. Μας υπέδειξε κάποιες λύσεις, οι οποίες δε λειτούργησαν ποτέ σωστά. Τελικά, αποδείχτηκε ότι όχι μόνο δεν έχουν τις γνώσεις που απαιτούνται, αλλά δεν μπορούν να παράσχουν και υποστήριξη στη συνέχεια. Επικαλούνται τον προμηθευτή για να καλύψουν την απροθυμία τους για εξυπηρέτηση σε μία εποχή μάλιστα όπου, λόγω της πανδημίας, όλοι αναγκαστήκαμε να δείξουμε ένα καλύτερο πρόσωπο και να μην κρυβόμαστε πίσω από προθεσμίες.

Κορυφαίο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα σε τιμές και εξυπηρέτηση. Σε δύο περιπτώσεις προβληματικών προιόντων,έγινε άμεση αντικαταστάση,χωρίς πολλά-πολλά!! Είναι το κατάστημα που πραγματικά σέβεται τον πελάτη του. Εννοείται πως θα παραμείνω όσο ζω, πελάτης του συγκεκριμένου eshop.
