Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους αρκετές φορές - χωρίς επιτυχία. Αυτή η συμπεριφορά είναι πολύ αντιεπαγγελματική και δεν είμαι ικανοποιημένος.
Σίγουρα δεν θα συνάψω άλλη ασφάλιση μαζί σας, ούτε μπορώ να το συστήσω σε κανέναν.
I canceled 2 insurance policies 3 weeks ago, requesting a refund of the remaining amount. I was told they would call me, but that never happened! I contacted them several times - without success. This behavior is very unprofessional and I am not satisfied.
I will definitely not take out any more insurance with you, nor can I recommend it to anyone.
