★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για μία απλή διαδικασία καθαρισμού (δεν είχε κάποιο λεκέ ή κάποια δυσκολία τεχνική) σε απλό ρούχο και επεστράφη κατεστραμμένο. Το ίδιο ρούχο έχει καθαριστεί και σε άλλο καθαριστήριο επιτυχώς προηγουμένως.
Καμία περαιτέρω ενέργεια από πλευράς τους παρ' ότι το μου το είχαν ανακοινώσει.
 I went for a simple cleaning procedure (no stain or technical difficulty) in plain clothes and returned damaged. The same laundry has been successfully cleaned in another laundry previously.
No further action on their part though they had announced it to me.
