★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου επαγγελματισμός. Είχα πάει ένα σίδερο για επισκευή πρώτα σε κάποιον άλλον στην πόλη. Μου έκανε αφαλάτωση και δε μου χρέωσε κάτι. Αλλά δε φτιάχτηκε οπότε το έφερα εδώ. Πλήρωσα 25 ευρώ (χωρίς απόδειξη και κακώς δεν τη ζήτησε η γυναίκα μου) ξανά για αφαλάτωση, το σίδερο εξακολουθούσε να μη δουλεύει σωστά και το ξαναπήγα μετά από 2 μήνες, όπου μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να πάει στην εταιρεία (Juropro) και πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι. Το πήγα τελικά σε άλλη πόλη σε τεχνικό, μου χρέωσε 20 ευρώ και το σίδερο δουλεύει μια χαρά. Όταν ξαναπήγα στον κ. Παναγιώτου δεν ανέλαβε καμία ευθύνη λέγοντας ότι σε 2 μήνες από την πρώτη επισκευή μπορεί να το είχαμε ξαναχαλάσει, ενώ όταν του είπα γιατί το σίδερο το έφτιαξε τελικά άλλος τεχνικός και όχι ο ίδιος ή ότι δε χρειάστηκε η Juropro δεν πήρα καμιά απάντηση της προκοπής. Μην τα πολυλογώ, τσάμπα τα 25 ευρώ, και περισσότερο αυτό που με πείραξε είναι η αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά τους μετά. Πολύ ψηλά τον αμανέ, χωρίς λόγο, με απλά λόγια.
No professionalism. I had taken an iron for repair first to someone else in town. He desalinated me and did not charge me anything. But it was not made so I brought it here. I paid 25 euros (without receipt and my wife did not ask for it wrongly) again for desalination, the iron was still not working properly and I went again after 2 months, where I was told that he had to go to the company (Juropro) and that they could not to do something. I finally took it to another city to a technician, it cost me 20 euros and the iron works just fine. When I went back to Mr. Panagiotou he did not take any responsibility saying that in 2 months from the first repair we might have broken it again, while when I told him why the iron was finally made by another technician and not himself or that Juropro was not needed I did not take any reply to the prepayment. Do not talk too much, the 25 euros, and what bothered me the most is their unprofessional behavior afterwards. Very high amane, for no reason, in simple words.
