★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα σήμερα 4/6/20 και ζήτησα κάποιες βίδες και 2 δίσκους κοπής για γωνιακό τροχό. Ο υπάλληλος μου έδωσε ένα χαρτι με τα προιόντα και με έστειλε στο ταμείο. Οταν πλήρωσα και γύρισα για να παραλάβω τα είχε έτοιμε μέσα σε μία σακούλα και μου είπε " είμαστε εντάξει". Δυστοιχώς βιαζόμουνα και δεν έλεγξα τα προιόντα. Μεγάλο λάθος!!!! όταν εφτασα στον προορισμό μου και άνοιξα τη σακούλα είδα οτι υπήρχε μόνο ένας δίσκος μέσα. Λυπήθηκα πολύ γιατί το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί ήταν προορισμός μου για τετοια είδη και το εχω συστήσει σε πολλούς φίλους.
UPD: Η απάντηση και το ενδιαφέρον της εταιρίας για αυτή την αξιολόγηση δείχνει οτι το περιστατικό ήταν ένα ατυχές γεγονός.
I went today 4/6/20 and asked for some screws and 2 cutting discs for a corner wheel. The clerk handed me a piece of paper with the products and sent me to the cash register. When I paid and came back to pick it up, he had it ready in a bag and told me "we're fine". Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and did not check the products. Big mistake!!!! when I arrived at my destination and opened the bag I saw that there was only one tray inside. I was very sorry because this particular store was my destination for such items and I have recommended it to many friends.
UPD: The company's response and interest in this assessment shows that the incident was an unfortunate event.

Υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης.
Not so great variety. Also at the checkout is as if they have previous years with the customer now, but ok.
