K	Konstantinos Karalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορά γυαλιών οράσεως από το κατάστημα της Γλυφάδας πριν 4 μήνες, μαζί με τους φακούς συνολικό κόστος 400 ευρώ. Από δικό μου λάθος στράβωσα τον βραχίονα και ξεκόλλησε/έσπασε η βάση/κούμπωμά του πάνω στον σκελετό. Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα Ψυχικού (Παρασκευή) για επιδιόρθωση, τα κρατήσανε για να τα στείλουν Δευτέρα για επισκευή, Τρίτη μεσημέρι ήταν έτοιμα και με πήρανε για να πάω να τα παραλάβω (καμία επικοινωνία μαζί μου πιο πριν). Τα παρέλαβα χωρίς καμία χρέωση και μου είπαν «κάναμε ο,τι καλύτερο γινότανε», τώρα καταλαβαίνω γιατί αυτό. Τα κοίταξα βιαστικά και το μόνο που είδα είναι ότι το μεταλλικό στήριγμα απο την μέσα πλευρά είχε χτυπηθεί με κάποιο εργαλείο και σκέφτηκα πολύ λογικό για να ξαναδέσει/να κουμπώσει και πάλι. Δυστυχώς αφού έφυγα πρόσεξα ότι έχει μπει ένα τελείως διαφορετικό κούμπωμα (τόσο σε σχήμα όσο και σε γυαλάδα) και είναι εμφανέστατη και αντιαισθητική η διαφορά των δυο στηριγμάτων στην πρόσθια επιφάνεια του σκελετού. Επικοινώνησα κατόπιν τόσο με το κατάστημα του Ψυχικού όσο και με την Γλυφάδας για να ρωτήσω για ποιον λόγο έγινε αυτή η επιδιόρθωση/παρέμβαση χωρίς να ερωτηθώ πριν (κανείς δεν με πήρε να μου πει ότι ο μόνος τρόπος για να φτιαχτούν είναι να βάλουν ότι έχουν εύκαιρο και αν συμφωνώ σε αυτό) και τι θα μπορούσε να γίνει από εδώ και πέρα για να το διορθώσουμε κάπως με το αντίστοιχο αντίτιμο φυσικά. Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι «δεν γινότανε να επιδιορθωθεί αλλιώς, έγινε ότι καλύτερο, τώρα μπορείτε να τα φοράτε» κ.λ.π. Είναι αυτονόητο ότι είναι δίκη μου η ευθύνη για την βλάβη που προξένησα στα γυαλιά μου. Είναι αυτονόητο ότι δεν περίμενα να γίνουν σαν καινούργια αλλά… Θεωρώ δικαίωμα μου να ενημερωθώ και να ζητηθεί η άδεια μου για αυτήν την απαράδεκτη αισθητικά παρέμβαση στα γυαλιά μου. Και το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ήταν η πρόταση τους : «αυτό που μπορούμε να κάνουμε είναι να σας αφήσουμε ένα καινούργιο σκελετό στα 240 ευρώ» , ο οποίος σκελετός κατά την αγορά του στοίχισε 270 ευρώ και στο Ίντερνετ ξεκινάει η τιμή του απο 208 ευρώ. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας…. Purchase of eyeglasses from the store in Glyfada 4 months ago, together with the lenses, total cost 400 euros. By my own mistake I twisted the arm and its base / fastening on the frame came off / broke. I visited the Psychiko store (Friday) for repair, they kept them to send them on Monday for repair, on Tuesday afternoon they were ready and they took me to pick them up (no contact with me before). I received them free of charge and they told me "we did the best we could", now I understand why that. I hurriedly looked at them and all I saw was that the metal bracket on the inside had been hit with a tool and I thought it was very reasonable to tie / fasten it again. Unfortunately, after I left, I noticed that a completely different clasp has been inserted (both in shape and in gloss) and the difference between the two supports on the front surface of the frame is very obvious and unsightly. I then contacted both the Psychiko store and Glyfada to ask why this repair / intervention was done without asking before (no one got me to tell them that the only way to fix it is to put that they have time and if I agree with that) and what could be done from now on to fix it somewhat with the corresponding price of course. Their answer was that "it could not be repaired otherwise, it was done the best, now you can wear them" etc. It goes without saying that I am responsible for the damage I caused to my glasses. It goes without saying that I did not expect them to be like new but… I consider it my right to be informed and to ask my permission for this aesthetically unacceptable intervention in my glasses. And the icing on the cake was their suggestion: "what we can do is leave you with a new frame at 240 euros", which frame when purchased bought 270 euros and on the Internet its price starts from 208 euros. The conclusion is yours to make….
Κ	Κωνστανίνος Καμπέρος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 10 αστέρια θα έβαζα. Αρχικά οι υπάλληλοι είναι ευγενέστατοι και προσπαθούν με κάθε δυνατό τρόπο να βοηθήσουν. Είχα αγοράσει ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιά ηλίου από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα πριν δύο χρόνια και λόγω ενός ατυχήματος έσπασε ο ένας βραχίονας. Η ενημέρωση για την πορεία της επισκευής ήταν άμεση και όταν διαπιστώθηκε οτι δεν υπάρχει ούτε το ίδιο το ζευγάρι γυαλιών ούτε ανταλλακτικό πλέον, ο υπεύθυνος μου πρόσφερε αντικατάσταση των γυαλιών χωρίς επιβάρυνση. Αλήθεια ίσως η πιο καλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών που έχω αντιμετωπίσει φέτος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα If I could put 10 stars I would put. Initially the employees are very kind and try in every possible way to help. I had bought a pair of sunglasses from this store two years ago and due to an accident one arm broke. The information on the progress of the repair was immediate and when it was found that there is no pair of glasses or spare parts anymore, the person in charge offered me a replacement of the glasses free of charge. Truly perhaps the best customer service I have encountered this year. I highly recommend it
