Το δώρο βρισκόταν στην θήκη έως ότου, για πρώτη φορά, η εν λόγω κοπέλα το έβγαλε για να το φορέσει, 3 εβδομάδες μετά την αγορά του. Το κολιέ από χρυσό χρώμα είχε ξεβαψει σε ασημί. Έχοντας την κάρτα, μιας και δεν είχε επέλθει το διάστημα αλλαγής, πήγαμε μαζί για να το αλλάξουμε και ταυτόχρονα να παραπονεθουμε για την απαράδεκτη ποιότητα. Αφού η πωλήτρια δεν μπορούσε να βοηθήσει φώναξε την υπεύθυνη. Η υπεύθυνη λοιπόν, γεμάτη ειρωνεία, μας ρώτησε " πώς γίνεται να μη το είδες όταν το αγόρασες; " και " πέρασε ένας μήνας τώρα το θυμήθηκες; " . Δεν φτάνει που το προϊόν τους είναι κάκιστης ποιότητας, είχε και το θράσος να το ρίξει σε μένα λες θα μπορούσα να το είχα χαλάσει μέσα σε 20 μέρες, όλα αυτά ενώ ακόμα είμαστε στο επιτρεπτό χρονικό περιθώριο της αλλαγής. Περιττές λοιπόν οι κουβέντες της υπεύθυνης. Σε καμία περίπτωση ο πελάτης δεν έχει πάντα δίκιο αλλά και αυτή η αντιμετώπιση δεν ήταν η πρέπουσα. Κακή ποιότητα, κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Νομίζω πως δεν θα επιλέξω ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! I recently made a purchase of a gift for my girlfriend. The gift was in the case until, for the first time, the girl in question took it out to wear, 3 weeks after its purchase. The gold necklace had faded to silver. When the saleswoman could not help, she called the person in charge. So the person in charge, full of irony, asked us "how come you did not see it when you bought it?" H	Helenlymperakis1@Gmail. com Alifia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ring for my daughter for Christmas and within 1 week one of the stones fell out, we sent it away to be fixed which took 5 weeks, when we got it back the stone fell out again, we sent it back for a second time (another 5 weeks) and within 5 days of receiving it another stone fell out for a third time. As you can imagine I wasn't to pleased as the ring spent more time in Athens rather than on my daughter's finger. I passed by the Kavala store and expressed my disappointment to the shop assistant only for her to tell me that all they could do was to send it away to be fixed again. This wasn't the solution that I was hoping for so I asked to speak to the manager, when I spoke to the manager the following day I was incredibly surprised how rude she was to me on the phone, she had no idea what customer service was. I was told to take the ring back to the store in Thessaloniki and get them to deal with my problem. I've bought many items of Jewelry from Pandora from various locations and I've always been very happy, this store however need some serious training in how to deal with unsatisfied customers.
